You can set it to one color showing constantly or have it go through all the colors. All colors can be set to constant. My daughter is very visible at night because the lights are perfectly bright. Batteries have lasted a long time. I check them once a week to make sure they are not corroding and so far we’re good! Bought these for our 2 grandsons that are 5 & 7. They LOVE them!! The LED lights are really fun at dusk and can be turned on and off as desired. We bought the larger model so the scooters will grow with them, will hold up to 150 lbs. (even I can scoot on them!) The parents love them as they fold easily for transport!
