We have been using this every night when my husband gets home from work because his hands hurt so much. He is also a motorcycle rider so when he is racing motocross, it has come in handy. I am giving this one star based on my irritation about the inconsistency of the product. I bought one of these last week and loved it immediately. I loved it so much that I bought another one a few days later because I liked the idea of doing both hands at the same time! Annoyingly, it is nowhere near as good as the first one I got last week. The first one that I received gave a good, high-pressure hand massage on its lowest setting. The highest setting on the first one that I received was so firm that it was intolerable for me, but perfect for my husband. Win-win! But the second unit I got? The lowest setting barely moves and it's not even firm enough for me on its highest setting. What gives?! If there is no consistency in how these operate, then no wonder the reviews are all over the place. I will be exchanging the second unit I bought and I'll keep exchanging until I get a unit from the same batch as the first one! Edit: After looking for the packaging for the second unit to exchange it, I discovered both boxes in the recycling bin and it was only then that I realized the boxes are totally different, so I am adding a photo showing both boxes. The slightly larger box on the right is the one that contained the GOOD, more powerful unit. The smaller box on the left is the one that had the crappy, worthless unit. So lame. ... show more

Not a bad product for the affordable price. There are just two small changes I would suggest if I was apart of the design team, but I’m not on the team and there isn’t much I can do about it so overall I like it and would recommend it!! :) It does a nice job with applying pressure and heat to sore and tender hands. The two small things I don’t care for, but please note that this is my own personal opinion and honestly shouldn’t keep you from buying this product if you’re interested in it because it is a nice product! The first thing is that it isn’t very quiet when you’re using it. So be aware that you may not want to use it near a sleeping child or partner that could easily wake up. The noice is the air pressure being released from the padding when it massages. The one other thing I don’t care for is the vibration modes on it. Both vibrations modes are in my opinion uncomfortable and makes it even louder so I don’t care for it. But again, if you are looking for something relatively affordable then for sure buy this, for it does a great job overall with messaging your hands and wrists! ... show more

I always like to end on a high note, so I'll start with the few cons. Cons: I wish the heat option covered my entire hand, instead of half. Pros: ----Excellent price point for this kind of quality. --The squeezing is very strong, if you need it to be. I have strong hands, and the first setting was perfect for me. --Many setting choices. Plenty of different levels of heat, pulsing and squeezing. --Regardless of what others have experienced, I think the battery lasts a long time. I can massage both hands 5 times before it runs out of steam. I think that's amazing, since it has to heat, squeeze and pulse.     • Wish I bought this sooner - it's AMAZING!
I don't leave reviews often, but this product has been a life-saver! I have nerve issues which causes my fingers to tingle/go numb/ache. I bought this because it had good reviews, but wasn't expecting it to help much. I use it while watching TV and it's so easy! It runs for 10 minutes, then turns itself off. There is a variable setting for heat, pressure, vibration and massage direction on the hand. The battery lasted 3-4 days, and it recharges quickly! Best part it was under $30! LOVE THIS ... show more
