This neck massager is incredible! Initially I thought it was a little bulky but one it's on your neck and rolling, you might think a human is giving you a neck massage! The only complaint I have is, it doesn't feel warm. The heat lights, light up, but the warmth is so subtle I can't tell it's working. Regardless, the massage action is so good, I don't care it doesn't get very warm. It's easy to use, just put it around your neck and turn it on. You can also adjust the speed and intensity of the massage. I had a neck injury last year and I can say this really helped relieve pain and stiffness. Now I just use it because it's a well-made device that relieves tension around the neck and even a little on the upper back. Totally worth it!

If I found it so painful, why did I give it 4 stars? It works well and is simple enough to use. It does “heat up”, but not super warm. You can change the direction of the massagers. I think this is perfect for this type of massage. However, I don’t think I am a fan of this type of massage. I used it for less than 10 minutes and the next day my skin felt like someone had punched me. It didn’t hurt too much whenever I was using it, but the next day it was a different story. I felt like I was beat up by this thing. There are 3 speed levels and it doesn’t seem to get stuck. It’s pretty steady and pushes through those muscles. … a little too much. I gave it to my mom, who initially loved it. Then the next day she told me she hated it and didn’t want it because she also felt the soreness Anyway, not for us. But works great and it’s cheap. So if you’re into this kind of massage, then it’s the perfect price point for what tou get.

The media could not be loaded. this item is the best thing I have ever purchased it I can put it anywhere it massages my legs my calves my back my neck it is the absolute perfect shiatsu machine ever I love how it can stay plugged in for both car and at home and never have to worry about battery dying. The design is perfect for keeping it rested on neck. Has enough pressure that works into the muscles. No scratchy feeling at all. Just plug it. Turn it on and relax.

It’s kind of meh. It works great the heating is there but it’s super bulky and you have to have your hands in it in order to apply the right pressure. It’s easy to use and it’s wired but definitely good quality.
