I've had this bike for a few days. It was pretty easy to assemble, the video on Amazon was helpful. Be sure to tighten handlebars and seat well. The bike itself looks and runs fabulous so far. E bikes tend to have a lag time in motor response, and while this does lag (the time in which the motor kicks in while pedaling), it's minor. Brakes are very effective, ride is fairly smooth paint is high quality. Mechanically, all seems great. I've already got few compliments on it, it's pretty sharp. Battery itself has a lot of power. I suspect the range is not as advertised, but it's understandable. It's not a $2k bike. I've only done 15 miles on it and a few were just layin on the throttle to test it, and I ran it from full to 70%. But It's perfect for my 4 mile commute, I'm sure with it on PAS 3-4 I'd get 5 round trips. Value-wise, for the $509 I spent on it, it's exceeded my expectations. The color, baby pink, was as pictured online (though they had two colors, "hot pink" and "pink", they are same actual color. The "rose pink" is different as it's an ombre. This will get me going, I'll save up and get something more powerful in the future and I believe I'll be able to recoup 80% of the investment when I trade up. I'm quite happy overall, I'll update if any issues arise. *Note* Nowhere in the instructions does it tell you how to turn on the lights. This mystery is solved by long pressing the + button on the PAS shifter. Shipping: The seller got the bike out promptly, since I ordered it before the 4th July holiday on the last day of prime day, but FedEx did whatever FedEx does.. I ordered on 6/29/26 and received it 7/11/26, about a week later than predicted by Amazon. FedEx shipped it out 3000 miles in the wrong direction, from Georgia to Sacramento, but I guess that happens in logistics. ... show more

This bike is very well made. More assembly required than on previous manufacturers, but I do feel this bike is better quality. The ride is fast and smooth. The frame is heavy, sturdy, and a nice color. I like the suspension seat post, but I prefer a different seat and therefore replaced it immediately. Assembly directions were clear and well written. I love this bike. It is perfect for casual riders who are looking for an entry point into an E bike. This bike is well built, powerful and the battery seems to last a long time. However, I use the pedal assist between one and three and only go on short rides for 20 to 30 minutes in duration.. It’s also the perfect size for me. I am a 5‘4“ female. I would suggest a male or anyone heavier than 250 pounds get a more powerful bike. Especially if pedal assist will be used majority of the time. But for your average size female, this bike is fast. It’s fun and perfect for bike trails, neighborhood rides and roads that aren’t very crowded. I say that because the bike is not very nimble. It is not like a road bike so tight maneuvers and quick turns require precise handling. For that reason, I would not ride this bike in heavy traffic or on roads that don’t have a bike lane. that’s not specific to this bike, but just my bit of advice on where to ride a mountain E bike. ... show more

Great bike. Lots of power, excellent battery life. Assembly about 2-3 hours including adjustments on front brake calipers, seat, handle bars, etc. Display really nice. Pedal assist and twist instant throttle very good. Solid frame. Excellent value.

Everything about the bike was wonderful except for the one fact of the battery came in damaged other than that the bike rides amazing and feels really good puts together pretty easily. Can’t wait to get started. Hope the battery situation is gonna get resolved with customer service ASAP.

Great ladies e-bike, excellent power and speed. It comes set at 20mph by default but easy to adjust settings to reach top speed of 31.3 mph. As far as distance, my wife and I did a 29 mile ride using pedal assist and afterwards still had 80+% of battery life. Great value!

The bike came shipped in a large box. It was we'll packaged. The assembly was not hard and the directions were easy to follow. The only issue with the directions were that they weren't specific to one model and you have to make sure the model you have to make it easier to assembly.
