At this time I am giving it a 5 star review. I have only used it 2 times. It works great and produces ice fast after it gets started. I love the ice and I love the machine. It is not loud. I may come back later to update but at this time I love it.

I love the fact that this ice maker has a built in LED. It makes seeing the water level at night easy without having to turn any of the lights on. It also makes cleaning and flushing the system very easy since you can easily access the hoses on the back of the machine and just pop the side off that comes from the water tank and gravity bleed the system. I've had a few different countertop icemakers but none have had those two features, which I really.like.

My 9 year old wanted this for her birthday. She loves eating pebble ice so she really wanted this. Its the perfect size and even looks nice on our counter. The ice quality is great and its nice we can use our filtered water with it. Its very quiet and functions super quickly!

The media could not be loaded. Love the nugget ice this machine cranks out! It's very quiet, too, which is a plus. I just received my 2nd one. My first ice maker started making a ringing/screeching sound. The customer service is the biggest reason for 5 stars. I contacted them. They responded almost immediately and ran me thru a few steps to try to stop the noise. When nothing worked, they shipped out a new one immediately. They were polite, professional and customer driven. I would highly recommend not just this ice maker, but this company.

The media could not be loaded. Okay, I didn’t need a nugget ice maker… but wow, I’m so glad I got this one. The Aeitto is a total game-changer. First off, it makes that perfect soft, chewable ice—think Sonic-style ice, which if you know, you know. It cranks out a ton of it too (like 40 lbs a day, which sounds like overkill until you realize how fast everyone in your house starts using it for literally everything). Setup was super simple—just plug it in, add water, and hit the button. It does its thing with almost no effort on my part, and the auto-cleaning feature is a nice bonus (because let’s be real, I wasn’t going to clean it regularly otherwise). Also, it’s not a total eyesore on the counter. Sleek silver look, doesn’t take up a ton of space, and it comes with a scoop which is a nice touch. If you love good ice (yes, that’s a thing) and hate running to the store for bags, just get this. You won’t regret it.
