My wife has always wanted a sonic ice machine, but the under counter models are expensive. This is a cost effective alternative. It works really great and makes plenty of ice. We bag it up and freeze it to use later when we need extra, but it freezes together if you don’t take it out of the freezer & break it up after 20-30 minutes. After that it stays fairly loose. We use filtered water and so far the self cleaning option doesn’t seem necessary.

This ice machine is wonderful. We bought this for our daughter and her family. They placed it in the utility room where it was easy access for them. It makes ice faster than most machines. The ice is soft and is great!

Had item about a month and working as advertised so far. Makes ice quickly and I like the size of the nuggets. It is very quiet in operation. Hope it continues.

I love this ice maker but after a month it started making this loud noise while making ice. After 7months it is making the same loud noise but more frequently throughout the day. Has anyone experienced this?
