This ice maker is so slow, makes little ice. I wasn't happy with this and just gave it to my daughter, not to mention, its a little loud.

It's a TOY. IT'S NOT AS ADVERTISED. Ice produce melts in your hand as you take it out of the hopper. Hopefully I can return it. Don't buy this toy.

Did not have the correct instructions. When I spoke to customer service, they were notified of the incorrect instructions and said they would let the manufacturer know. The machine was poorly made and cheaply made. I RETURNED IT
