I have had this ice maker for about a month. It is much quieter than my previous countertop ice maker. I love the ice and how long it last but is still easy to chew. It has a larger water capacity, too. This means I have to fill up less often. It also produces ice quickly.

I am an obsessive ice eater. I have went through so many different icemakers and none of them even come close to comparing to this one. It is quiet it is fast and it makes the perfect little chewable nuggets. And it has a huge capacity and water tank.

The ice maker performs perfectly. If it's nice on the counter slides under the upper cabinets. Would not hesitate to buy it again. The Simplicity of how unit functions with the buttons Etc is pretty foolproof.

So if I had written this review the first month I had the machine it would have been a 5 star. It made fantastic “crunchy ice” just like my old GE ice maker and at half the price. But… for the last couple weeks, for some reason, the ice machine is making as much “snow cone” ice as it is ice cubes. It’s about half and half right now. Half cubes and half just shaved ice which melt instantly when you had a drink to it. So not sure what to say… love it and hate it. I reached out to them to ask for any advice but no response.
