These are unique barstools and they are pretty simple to assemble. I mostly love the stitching. If you are a bigger person (or your guests are), these chairs may not be for you as the seat-surface is quite small.

I am very pleased with the make and the color of the stools. One foot rest appears to be cracked already with a substance used to enforce the railing. The seats are small and are not for a large size. I have requested a new foot rest.

Although I like my VASAGLE EKHO barstools and their economical pricing, they took some retooling in order to make them comfortable. The backs pushed me too far forward in the seat, making them uncomfortable. Weighing 140 pounds, I didn't expect this. After removing the foam from the backs - and this isn't easy because it's glued to the frame - the extra inches were invaluable in the comfort provided. I probably should've purchased barstools without a back, or, without a padded back. I could've saved money, time, and may have been more comfortable. Otherwise, the material that they're made of is tough and attractive. The legs don't scratch my vinyl flooring. They also rotate well with limited friction.

The chairs are beautiful, easy to put together. However, they are very uncomfortable and the seat is small. If you want a comfortable bar stool, this isn't it. Unable to return, as they won't do a 100% refund.

Before I purchase these barstools, I was very excited looking at the reviews a lot Positive Energy. I decided to buy a set of four and take the plunge, but after building the first two I knew right away this was not gonna be a comfortable long conversation type chair so I am returning the second box not satisfied I will take the hit on the first box, but unless you have a skinny butt, this seat is not much comfort for the long sitting down with someone a friend with coffee and conversation.
