The machine works decently. No problem making ice. Easy instructions. One drawback, the ice seems to be wetter than it should be. It makes it difficult to put into bags and freeze without it freezing the bullets together.

Everything about this machine is nice EXCEPT for the ice basket size. Way too small and would only function for maybe a 1 or 2 person household. You got one of those kids who must have their 200oz cannisters of water filled with ice water then there is no ice left. looks good, operates relatively quietly just too small a basket for the ice
