Awesome unit! Just one thing: since the product is essentially a refrigerator, and was shipped/stored in who knows what position (most likely on its side) it should be left in its upright position for a period before plugging it in. I know it's not a $5500 Sub Zero commercial reach-in, but I'd give it 24 hours or so. Again, really nice unit and you should buy it! EDIT: I seldom find it necessary to read instructions, but I did so just for entertainment purposes on this one. I found that the manufacturer has already considered this matter, and has advised a 2 hour wait. Although they make this statement without my approval, I guess it's OK. I know you're probably anxious to make ice, I know I am!
