I used to have a great recliner 20 years ago, and I could not find something as durable, comfortable, and decently priced for many years. I bought many pieces of furniture that looked just like it, but fell apart due to weak/cheap construction and materials. I bought recliners that looked very stylish and had all the bells and whistles, but were not comfortable, or broke down in a few years in the best case scenario. This is finally it, I found what I'd been looking for all these years. The structure is strong, sturdy, and well thought-out. I do not expect structural issues for a long time given the sturdiness of the construction. The cushions are firm, supportive, comfortable. The leather is excellent, thick, soft, good looking --not the "bonded leather" stuff that will peel away in a few years. The mechanism is basic, so you move it one way and both the footrest and back operate together, and it retracts in the same way. Not difficult to find just the right angle and position for me. There are two USB charging ports on the side, which is a nice touch, as well as two pouches on the sides for books, magazines, etc. Assembly is straightforward, and I did it all by myself, but if you're not mechanically inclined or strong, it may be a two-person job. It ships in two large boxes. The first one I received had been damaged during shipping and wouldn't get level and had issues with the mechanism because of the damage, but the customer service was incredibly quick, straightforward, and courteous. They understood the issue immediately. They sent a replacement chair right away, which works perfectly. This sort of customer service is rare to find these days, and I hope they succeed because they deserve it. If this thing had a designer name attached to it, it would cost thousands of dollars and no one would question it. As it is, it offers tremendous quality for a very reasonable price. Very highly recommended.

Love how big this chair is — plenty of room to stretch out. Setup was super simple and took just about 15 minutes. The leather feels quality and soft to the touch, and the power recline button works smoothly. USB charging is a nice bonus.

I ordered this chair because I am a little over 6'-1" tall and I am tired of my feet hanging off my recliners. If you are looking for a chair for that reason this one is not it. It was east to assemble. The boxes had some damage, however the contents were un affected. Still not made for tall people.
