I purchased four of these AECOJOY wall-mounted gazebos to create a covered patio area across the front and side of the house, and I absolutely love how it turned out. They were easy to install and even easier to combine, which made it simple to customize the layout to fit the space exactly how I wanted. The hard top roof feels sturdy and provides great shade, and once mounted, everything feels solid and secure. Using multiple units together worked really well and created a seamless, finished look rather than feeling pieced together. This was a cost-effective way to get a large shaded area without building a full permanent structure. These are great for decks, patios, and backyard spaces, especially if you want flexibility in design. They look clean and modern and instantly upgraded the outdoor area. Pros: • Easy to install and customize • Combines well with multiple units • Sturdy hard top construction • Great shade coverage • Excellent value, especially on clearance Cons: • Installation is easier with two people • Requires proper wall support for mounting Suggestions for improvement: Including clearer instructions for combining multiple units would be helpful. I am writing this review for the 10x14 model. Over all it looks okay, doesn’t shade as much as I had hoped but again okay. Assembly wasn’t hard, did it by myself with a ladder and a DeWalt cordless drill set on low torque. I will share some things I learned along the way. I wanted this to fit under my eve's' so I had to cut about 3 inches off the legs. I used a chop saw and a drill press to accomplish this. About the assembly itself; DON’T LOSE ANY BOLTS OR NUTS; they didn’t give any extras of anything. This would have been nice, since a couple of the nuts were missing threads. Luckily I had some nuts that fit. The bolts are cheap, heads strip easily (even by hand). When mine was manufactured the quality control person must have been on break or didn’t care. There were a lot of “punch” tabs left in the holes and almost all the threaded holes had paint in them, making it hard to put together. After I started checking the holes (before assembly) things went a lot smoother. The frame was easy to construct, the instructions (which is just pictures with few hint words) don’t tell you to leave the bolts for the “arm and beam connecters” (brackets) finger tight. Leaving them finger tight makes installing the pp boards easier, then you can make adjustments to the arms as needed. The next issue is there is a paper in the box with the pp boards that says not to remove the protective film before assembly, which is wrong. I did that for the first 7 pp boards, it was a nightmare to remove the film. Ended up taking the boards back out to get it all off. When installing the second set of pp boards I took the protective film off each before installing. I had to use a couple of putty knives to get the boards in the middle board connector slots. I found using soap & water in a spray bottle let them go together much easier. I may have put them in upside down, don’t really know the instructions only tell you to make sure the “leak” holes are up. I put the wide side up; don’t have any idea of how I would have ever gotten the boards in the slots if I did it the other way. Even after attaching the frame to my porch posts it is still a little wobbly. I didn’t attach the roof to my house, wasn’t willing to drill holes in my siding. The braces that go on the front legs are sufficient, but could have been a little bigger (might have taken some of the wobble out). Also a couple of braces on the back leg might have helped, think I’ll look for something to use for braces. Over all might buy again. 1. No written instructions 2. Don’t lose parts 3. Check for punch tabs and paint on threads 4. No back let support if not attached to the house

This was an affordable gazebo. It arrived in 3 packages. None of which was clearly labeled to see what box was open first. But once every thing was all out you can get started. Assembly was not that easy. This is not a one man job. Also this is a wall mount system but you have to built not against a wall first. Instruction was not the greatest. But it was fine until there were some mistake in the instructions or a typo. Said I needed a screw that I could not find. I thought it was missing. But turns out it was a typo. I found the screw that should be used. I almost had to wait and go buy another set of screws. They want you to mount it to the ground first but at the same time the order of the instructions would of been a disaster because I had put it against the wall then I had to install something else at that end so I had to move the whole thing back. Lucky I didn't mount it to the ground already. And all screws need to be loosely tighten so that everything can adjust as you do. It was pretty bad. And the panels were really thin. Not sure how it will handle. I will keep this up until it hits all 4 season. To change my reviews or not about the quality and description of this.

Great value. I attached this to my house using custom brackets I made. I wouldn’t attempt to have this be free standing, it would be very wobbly. Attach it to something. After I attached it to the house, added blocking under my deck and bolted it down it’s rock solid. I live in WA state so snow load was a concern, but I have no doubt this will hold up to what we see on the west side. Also I bbq under it and the paint holds up to high temps which is awesome. Overall I’m very happy, just know what you’re getting.

no more bugs, great view , love it. 1. it's adaptable---my deck is 20X14(actual size 13'8'' X19') with a fireplace sticking out in the middle, space is very tight, I had to raise its hight by 7'' to place one front corner on top of the fireplace roof 2. Composite deck, DW did not want drilling, I used zip ties for base support, extremely sturdy 3. Screened easily with mosquito net ($25 for 10X20 net) , a garage magnetic screen door and one privacy outdoor curtain, total under $70 4. bought 2X3'' gutters from HD and cut the top middle with 1.5'' opening, supported by overhangs which are supported by wood studs fixated on the pre drilled holes , works great 5.Assembling was easy but a lot : you only have 3 major components for framing----5 legs, 2 beams and 8 rafters, you can pre-assemble them inside your garage and then move them to the site. I did most of assembling by self, only needed a bit help for legs' standing up and positioniong 6, Make sure G leaking holes facing upside. Initially K2 panels appeared 1/2 '' too long but after some push they fit tight. During downpour, I still have a little leaking, i pulled open the panels again and found out 2 K2 panels are a little short and they can move up/down a bit easily. I am fine with a little leaking , still 5 stars for its value and adaptability 7. To the seller: Back legs should have pre-drilled holes for triangles too, I have 2 extra triangles but can't attach them to the back legs that would add stability without increasing one penny cost 8. the roof is paper light , you must have hard base for anchoring/support, this is purely customers' responsibility. If you really want the gazebo to be free standing, buy a 3rd leg( not sure you can) for the back side or 4X4X8 post from HD and bolt it to the back beam middle point ( 4 predrilled holes there ), the cost would be $15

Seems like a decent patio in a box for the price. Shipping was pretty fast, received it a few days earlier than what was estimated and it was fairly easy to set up. I did it by myself. Didn't time myself, but it was probably about 8 hours altogether. I put together all of the individual assemblies in the living room on one day, then another day I took it outside and assembled everything together. It's pretty straightforward, I would recommend reading through the instructions and looking at the pieces to make sure you understand how everything goes together before starting. Also, make sure you have the right pieces. There are several reasons that I'm only giving 4 stars instead of 5. The main one being that some of the included hardware sucks and I had to get a few things from the hardware store. I also had an issue with needing more parts. I had four of an item I was only supposed to have two of, and zero of another item that I needed two of. If you have an issue, the best way to contact the company is sending a message through Amazon. I first went straight to the companies website and never received a response, got one that night through Amazon. It is somewhat frustrating due to the time difference when dealing with a Chinese company. I would message during the day and get a return when I was sleeping, it was one message a day for about five days before they said they would ship the parts out. In the end they took care of it and all was good, just required some patience. There were two problems I had with the hardware, the first one being the waterproof washers. There's these wide rubber washers held down with a tiny headed bolt going into a big hole. The washers were being cut and deformed to the point where I felt like there was no way they would seal anything so I went and bought some fender washers to go between the bolt head and them. This covers the rubber washer and puts even pressure on them preventing them from deforming. I feel either some painted fender washer or truss bolts with bigger heads should have been included to properly hold down the rubber washers. The washers I have dont match the rest of the assembly, but it's on top and unseen, so no big deal. I got the adjustable height patio that attaches to the house instead of having legs and the hardware they included to do the attaching is concrete anchors. I do have a brick house, but am attaching to the fascia so had to get some lag bolts. I would imagine that most people are attaching to wood and not brick, dont see why they couldnt throw in a few lag bolts also. I also had to flip the brackets that attach to the house. I had a strict height I was working with, and the installed height is a little taller then what was specified in the description. Flipping the brackets got me within the height I needed. I should have gone with a slightly smaller one, this one extended about 20 inches past my slab. I put down two rows of paving stones to fill it in. I bought 18 inch yard anchors that I put into the ground under the pavers then drilled holes in the pavers to bolt through into the anchors. Would be nice if they included some kind of cover to go over the bottom mounts and make it look a little better. Overall I'm happy with it for the price. Looks decent and seems stable. I plan on putting some LED strip lights around it and putting up a bug screen with the adjustable poles, maybe some kind of fan also. Just have to see how waterproof it is. It butts up against the fascia underneath the shingle lip so I'm not sure if I'll have to come back and either caulk it or use some kind of weatherproof tape.
