I wish I didn’t miss my return window. I would have returned this. The quality of the gazebo is poor. It’s very flimsy and I would not trust it to stand on its own. I have to modify ways to support it. The screws are cheap and they tend to strip and the company does not send extra screws. The brackets are weak and have bent. The roof panels are essentially cardboard, not waterproof and would not let through sunlight. I’m upset that I spent money on this and considering the time it took to put together, I could have made a much better quality one. I could have made a pergola out of chopsticks and it would have better structural integrity than this one…

It showed up when it was supposed to. I did have one part of it have hardware that didn’t fit and the customer support was great. They had us buy the bolts that did fit and refunded the money back to us. Because of the great customer support, that’s why I am giving them 5 stars. Do not deal with the manufacturer aceojoy directly, they have had their support hacked and scammed us out of $2500. So deal with Amazon support only and it will work out great.

Bought this in July to cover our deck. Worked great, no leaks etc. Received roughly 2-3 inches of snow and the back rail failed at the joint. Was always curious why there was not a support pole at that spot.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this cover for shade and to protect my tools. It was fairly easy to put up. It rained two days after it was installed. My table saw was right where it leaked and rusted over. I handed silicon to panels to stop drips but that didn’t work either. As long as not raining it should be fine. I plan on buying a clear tarp to put on top of panels. Hopefully that will stop any leaks.

We received this item and only opened the boxes to get the instructions out. We didn't take anything out of the boxes or unwrap anything. After looking over the instructions we found we could not use tis type of patio cover. Beware that the seller will not pay return shipping PLUS is telling us we may only get a partial refund if anything is broken during the return shipping. I am not happy with this at all and do not recommend buying from this seller. It's a shame because IF you can use the product, the patio cover seems to be nice.

The instructions could be redone to make it easier to get done. The parts are easily bendable And not sturdy. The guides for the inserts on the top, were not glued and move easily. It’s a beautiful design just flaws in the instructions, not filly written out and some of the screw holes (2) were over done and I have two holes free. Yes you need two to three people for this to put together. Don’t like how you have to bolt it into the house but that probably on my end for not fully looking into it.
