The most important thing you need to know about this product is if you are a beginner lifting weights and soreness & recovery time slows your progress, you have to use this product! For example, if I do 3 sets of 10 lunges with 15 or 20lb weights & havent taken catalyst, I won't be able to walk up stairs or comfortably sit on the toilet (Bc im not in great shape) and then I won't workout or do legs for maybe a week because of soreness. And then the next time I do lunges, im back at square one. If you take this product, you will be able to be consistent with your workouts & you will have better endurance and you will not get as sore. I only take 3 pills once a day & it is a huge help with my workouts & recovery time because it allows me to stay consistent without extreme muscle fatigue. One of the reasons I stopped taking it in the beginning was because I noticed water retention, so I recommend drinking lots of water. Since staying hydrated while working out, I've had zero problems. Also, if you're just starting to work out, I'd recommend starting the supplement 1-2 days before you begin intense weight lifting that normally makes you sore. I hope this helps someone because I really feel that this product is a game changer for beginners!

My husband has been buying this product for a long time from Advacare and was happy to see that Amazon carries it so he can get a btl. When ever he wants .. he loves it and he says it works great.. Just need to give it some time, with the proper food and right exercise you will see results, and ps. The expiration dates are good.. This btl. Expires in 2024 ..

Right before the summer of 2013 I was in a really bad breakup. I weighed 287lbs. The breakup was mostly because I was overweight and because I was not presentable to the girls family. I was devastated and the one thing that gave me the strength to get me out of my slump was working out. I worked out twice a day to get my mind off of things and it helped. I also began eating healthy and eventually I dropped my weight down to 190lbs within three months. However the one thing I noticed was that because I lost weight so fast some of my skin began to look saggy. On the recommendation of my work boss I decided to try the catalyst and man oh man did it help make my skin less baggy and more tighter around my muscles. It worked and eventually it helped me find the love of my life who did not like me because I became incredibly good looking but truly loved me for who I am; especially after I got back a few lbs of gold back in my heart. To get what you really need our of this product you have to take it 3 times a day. So 3 pills 3 times a day means the bottle last for 10 days. It is a good product, but I was disappointed in the number of pills it suggested taking. I was hoping 90 pills would last for at least a month but to take it as often as it suggests this is not possible. I took it once a day before a workout. I did notice some improvements with my muscle definition tough even just taking it once a day. Wish I could have taken it exactly as directed but I was not going to buy 3 bottles to get a months worth out of it. There are better amino acid supplements out there similarly priced that will last a month. I took it every day until I ran out of pills. If you are like me and want to stretch the bottle you will probably see some results but the will not be as dramatic as others are saying they will. I believe it does "work", but I'm not sure it is worth the price for 9 pills a day.

This stuff works wonders. I took this supplement according to the instruction on the label while working out for two hours 5 days a week on top of eating pretty clean. I noticed I got super lean in a matter of a month prior to starting! Catalyst really does she's fat and keep a shield around muscle. It did with mine at least. I kept doing aerobic (cardio) fitness on too of my strength training and I couldn't believe I still had muscles like I do now!!bi was never fat I was just simply 5 to 6 lbs over my goal weight and let me tell ya, I'm at my goal weight.

I was on the Advocare 24 day challenge and decided to add this to the regiment. I did notice a slight reduction in muscle fatigue when taking this prior to working out. Before I started taking this I would have to take a bunch of ibuprofen and would still be sore the next day. With the Catalyst the next day felt like I had rested a full day before. I would definitely recommend this for working out in tandem to the challenge.

I take these before I work out and there is a noticeable difference! They are expensive, but I will keep buying because they really improve my endurance. I have worked out with and without them several times to test them out and see if they actually work to weigh out the cost. Without them, I can't push myself running as well. I get more splat points at Orange Theory when I take them!
