The item upon first installation, a few rivets holding the tarp fell off. On March 31, 2023, wind mangled the carport. I don't know how strong was the wind but nothing else around the house had any damages. A neighbor had a tiki style hut roof for her outdoor bar and it was un-damaged. I reached out to the seller regarding warranty. I provided pictures of the mangled carport. The seller wants me to pay $400 for a new one! Imagine if my car was underneath that carport. I wonder how much damage to my car would there have been. This product is worthless and the seller will not stand behind their product. Buyer beware. I will give them time to replace. If they do, I will update this post as such. If you intend to use this product, you must provide reinforcement! Know also that the tarp rips very easily. I had the base screwed into heavy wood base with three layers of cinderblocks to hold it down. The wind severely bent the base and the framings. UPDATE: I receive a replacement.     • Was missing parts, but the manufacturer was quick to replace them.

Was missing two #1 frame tubes and had two extra #2 tubes -but could not use those in place of the #1's because they were shorter. Fortunately, I saved several tubes from the frame of the last canopy I bought from this company that blew over in a wind storm, and had to drill and modify them to fit this new one. Flimsy, thin steel poles that rust quickly, cheap spring steel locks that bend out easily, and a thin Tyvek cover that lasts no more than 2 summers before it tears. I will never buy from this company again. Look elsewhere for a better canopy -if you can; they all seem to be cheap garbage these days. Update: I contacted the manufacturer. They replied very quickly and sent my not only a replacement cover, but extra 45 degree stabilizer poles to reinforce the sides against folding. I'm giving them 3 stars for customer service only. The poles are still too thin a gauge of steel and the tyvek tarps still tear too easily.. ... show more

This a great carport for the price. I did have an issue, where 2 of the poles got bent during an unexpected windstorm. Totally on me, for not having it strapped down. I called their customer service and Betty responded and had the replacement poles sent to me via FedEx free of charge. Thanks Betty

i was looking forward to getting this carport.i had one from costco that i have had for 5 years.they dont sell them no more so i wss looking for a good carport,well its made not real high quality,it feels cheaplymade.it has a 1 year warrenty so see how well it holds up.we have rainy weather not to high of winds but sometimes it can get up to 30 mph.i try to read all reviews before buying seemed that most people where very happy.after little while if seems to be better than i thought ill change my post,i just put it together and up. ... show more

Used as an event tent. Took too long to set up / instructions were printed with way to small print / weight bags that came with were wimppy. Canopy was stable / additional weights I got kept it in place / anchors are too small - kept being pulled out of soft soil. I got 30-inch bars to hold the anchors in place Need to be able to download a PDF file for the setup instructions. i wouldnt recommend this if in an area with open feilds. put mine up the 2nd day it was blew over. bent all the peak poles. contacted seller and they were able to send a new set of peak poles. i put them up and the following day it was on the ground again. i tried adding extra support to the legs but nothing is going to work in the area im in. its far too windy. if you are in an area with alot of trees or some kind of way to block the wind then this product will work well for you. NOT MENT FOR HIGH WINDS AS IT SAYS IT IS!!!! UPDATE******* Replacement parts were sent. I will put it back up in the spring! ... show more
