This clothes rack is great. It took me about an hour to put together by myself and everything is in different bags labeled a, b, c and so on. It’s very study but the bottom poles across will bend and possibly break if stepped on. My 4 grandkids came to live with me and we desperately needed something for all their clothes. We put a box for shoes and holding it fine. We also attached cans on the ends for smaller clothing items and attached them with shower curtain hooks for socks and underwear. At first I bought only one to see how sturdy it was and I like it so much I already got another one. I really love that it has wheels to move easily and 2 of them lock to keep it in place. I don’t usually write reviews but just want to write one for it. The design is quite good. All the short bars are clearly optimized for the small package, but once assembled it’s sturdy enough. Build quality is just so so. The one I got has some holes not punched through, so I have to use the screw driver and try not to hurt myself. Assemble instruction is absolutely a nightmare. It’s basically just a one-pager. Too brief and too small to read, with no Lego/IKEA level “pay attention” tips. Definitely need some improvement here. That said, overall it’s a good value. Worth 4/4.5 stars.

We needed somewhere to hang my 7 yo clothes after the custom lower rod we had installed was torn down. He has a lot of clothes because although we purchase new items as needed he also inherits items as his older brother out grows things and this rack has been phenomenal. We have literally used every hangable area available and the rods have remained sturdy. The wheels roll well as we have moved it from place to place as we started using it to house clothes to help us purge the boys closets before winter also. It looks assembled just as it's advertised. Assembly took me 1.5-2hrs while I watched a show so definitely not a very focused build. Directions were pretty easy to follow. We did end up with extra pieces that were not listed on the inventory sheet but I suspect it's just in case a screw does not screw well or something. Definitely worth the price, if you are looking for portable extra storage that is sturdy and not too cumbersome this is it!!!

It came quickly period It came with Bent Poles that I had to pound out to make fit. The screws were not long enough for the bottoms so I had to go out and purchase longer screws. The holes did not match up perfectly for the screws to fit right.. I had a heck of a time getting them in. It's not very sturdy it's bowing in the middle. The design is nice. That's the only reason I bought it. Not worth the frustration the money that I had to spend to put it together.

This rack replaces one I bought a long time ago. The old one slipped together and had some sketchy welds holding on the slip-bracket that the legs fit into. I was pleasantly surprised by how different the Laiensia product was. It has slip-together parts, but they are secured with machine screws. Two hex keys and a single open-end wrench were provided, as well as one extra of each fastener. The instructions were clear and didn't require words. One minor bobble I ran into was that there are two different lengths of the same diameter machine screws, and they were all packed in the same bag. Sorting them out was simple, so it wasn't a problem. I was impressed by the open casters that came with the product, and two of them have locking brakes to keep the rack from moving around while you use it. The one thing I'd add to this product would be a small tube of thread-locker, because of all of the machine screws involved. I don't think it's going to shake apart or anything, but I can see that I'll be tightening those fasteners in the future - and I'll add a thread-locker when I do.
