★☆☆☆☆ DO NOT BUY THIS TRIKE I am beyond frustrated with this electric adult trike. It arrived looking fine, but the moment I tried to use it following assembly, it became clear something was seriously wrong. The battery was fully charged, yet the trike refused to turn on or move an inch. I followed every troubleshooting step in the manual, but nothing worked. A brand-new product should NOT be dead on arrival. What’s even worse is the customer service. I reached out multiple times requesting a return or replacement, and after one unhelpful response, they just stopped replying altogether. No updates, no solutions, nothing. It’s like they just vanished the second I needed help. I paid good money for a product that doesn’t work and a company that clearly doesn’t stand behind what they sell. Save yourself the headache—look elsewhere. Do not buy this product! Scam, waste of money, worthless!!! ... show more
