pretty cool i ordered 2 or these they both shipped at the same time with the same carrier however apparently not on the same truck one arrived on time and the other 3 days later that being the worst of it. they assembled easily look kinda cool ride is still being assessed seems a little unstable at full speed and seems to pull to the left. some adjustments in tire pressure seemed to address this without under or over inflating them. battery seems to last but have not put it through its paces yet. overall i like it at 18.7 mph its fast for what it is has no problems going from sidewalks to grass and firm sand. one last thing the fixed front basket is a no bueno would be better if it turned with the handlebars now a few weeks later and ihave had a few text conversations with customer service people and they have been more than helpful i connecting me to a link for spare batteries for them which iwould find helpful to have with our age and time spent in the desert ... show more

There are problems... Over tightened hub/axel grinds, won't rotate freely. Went only 16 miles not 55 was flat city road. Odometer stays at 0 zero. Not decent instructions for assembly. I'm 5'11" too small forward to back distance. Cruise control. No instructions to enable. Talks about rear basket then picture of front basket. Front basket welding points basket to right. Rear fenders have to be bent. This, right side into the basket. Oh, big one. Seat swivels to left and right. Chains not lubed, only says don't add excessive dirt builds up. PS I'm disabled to most of the time in electric wheelchair. Tore box sides to access. Amazon AI says special delivery person to help with return. In reality vender will contact and Amazon blew me off to vendor. At one point while texting associate says " did you receive" order. Then strange texts before and about shipping but wouldn't answer. Finally to retrieve and make account function or App. Today Friday June 12. They had to go back to 9 months ago when I was living in California using 9 months ago Outlook email account to retrieve account information. I think after calling 7 different times and the last call 2 different people about 1 hour and 40 minutes. The reason, I owed ~$80 to Amazon. I spent $$ for 2 tools and NLGI #2 Multipurpose grease. ... show more

The tricycle was very easy to assemble came on time. I enjoy riding it. The only issue is it’s a little small. I’m 511 and my knees are kind of hitting when trying to pedal.

This trike is amazing for the money! Is it perfect? No. It has some instruction issues and I can’t figure out the lights to save my life. But we were able to attach the trailer bought for my daughter to ride along with, and it serves the purpose I originally got it for. My job isn’t too far away and so this trike is perfect for getting there and home without the waste of gas or miles on the suv. The battery life has been good so far and accurate. I have had a bit of an issue with the wheel protectors bending and causing the bike to shake a bit. But overall the quality is very good for the money. Fun on a budget? Yes please! ... show more
