Received two units yesterday. They came with tool pouches and a comprehensive assembly manual which allowed me to assemble both in probably less than 2 hours. Both units were packed well and were received without damage or issues. On assembly the parts appear well made and only had an issue with one small screw which was stubborn to remove before putting on the front fender. Very impressed with the workmanship at this price point. They’re currently on chargers and we’re anxious to test them out.

There are NO instructions included. Find instruction video on line, "insdrgn c14". I'm a do it yourself kind of guy & I had little trouble unboxing and assembling it, if you are not I suggest you hire a handyman, have him watch the video. From box to scooter should take about two hours + / - . That said I thought it to be a very good product. I did read soom comments about screws being to tight, this is because they use some lock tight, and to me that's a real plus, quality. My test ride found it to be pretty HOT. Be careful and handle the throttle very gentle. It has a lot of torque. I just got it today & have not tested battery charging , distance etc. But don't expect to be disappointed. I think it's a great scooter for the price. Definitely five star. Supurb. P.S. I'm 84 years old, let's get going!!

This thing is incredible. I previously bought an electric bike and wanted to start going with my wife. I considered another electric bike but I wanted something a little more relaxing, so decided to try this product out. I love the twist handle to give it gas. Be warned, it's quick! The basket on the back is great for my iPad or Nintendo Switch so I can go down to the park and relax. The seat is very comfortable. I love this thing.

I think that this e-scooter is extremely fun to ride!! The assembly of the e-scooter was fairly easy!! I think that build quality of the bike is functional and sturdy. I have yet needed to charge the battery…..this e-scooter has a great battery life. Oh boy this e-scooter is extremely fast….so please be careful it goes from 0-100 real quick!!!! If I had to changed anything it would be the actual seat of the scooter if you hit a bump on the road the seat moves along with it….I would like a stationary seat but other than that great scooter!

The media could not be loaded. I have had this scooter (the C14) for about a week and can't say more good things about it. It is well-built and easy to use. I weigh just over 300lbs. The video is of me going across flat ground and then up about 7° grade. The scooter had no problems. My husband and daughter rode together (not comfortably but fun) and went as fast as he was comfortable. They weigh about 330 together. You can see the tires are not having any difficulty holding the weight. The battery is still on full charge after riding it on and off for the week. I am very pleased and plan to buy another soon so we don't have to take turns, lol. My only slight complaints are the disc brakes rub a bit and cause slight noise when not engaged and the steering and handlebar alignment is difficult at first but once set is fine.

He estado usando este scooter eléctrico por aproximadamente un mes y no me a dado algún problema. Tiene buen aguante para distancias medianas, un poco largas y la velocidad es buena, aproximadamente entre 20 mph. Es fácil de ensamblar aunque tuve que ver un video de como armar este modelo ya que no venía con manual. Es muy útil si quieres llegar a distancias qué no son tan largas en carro pero tampoco cortas caminando.

WORST INSTRUCTIONS EVER! It too me far too long to put this thing together. No instructions in the box, just a video to follow which is hard to see and goes so fast you have no idea where anything is located. Then when you do find anything, the screws and bolts are on SO TIGHT you can't move them. Had to use WD40 and a hammer to even get the screws for the basket to move and broke two hex wrenches in the process. I hope the bike is worth the 5 hours of labor to put it together!

Does anyone know what in the world this is??? The little black round thing on the handlebar. Nice scooter but as others said, worst assembly instructions ever. Took two of us five hours to figure it out. Still have no idea where the fuse is.
