Received two units yesterday. They came with tool pouches and a comprehensive assembly manual which allowed me to assemble both in probably less than 2 hours. Both units were packed well and were received without damage or issues. On assembly the parts appear well made and only had an issue with one small screw which was stubborn to remove before putting on the front fender. Very impressed with the workmanship at this price point. They’re currently on chargers and we’re anxious to test them out. Update: We’ve been riding/commuting on these for almost 2 months now. Aside from normal brake adjustment and retightening things after the first few miles we both love them for ease of operation, comfort and overall quality. We travel both paced and packed unpacked roads and find them to be ideal for everyday tasks.

This is a great Scooter! I added some highway pegs using the supplied 6mm threaded holes in the frame. I used (2) bars of 6061 Alum. They were 6"x 1"x 1/2". The pegs themselves came from Amazon. I always look forward to scoot on this. I liked it so much I bought 2. The only downside is I wish the basket was slightly larger. Great battery life, lots of torque and comfy to ride

I’ve been using this electric scooter for my daily commute to work (about 8 miles round trip) for 2 weeks now, and it’s by far the best mobility purchase I’ve made this year! The 1000W peak motor is a total game-changer—even on the 15° uphill near my neighborhood, it pulls smoothly without any lag, and the 20 mph top speed is perfect for city streets, no more being stuck in traffic. The 48V 10.4AH battery lives up to its promise: I ride it every day for work and quick errands, and it only needs charging every 3 days, hitting the 28-mile range easily. The 14-inch tires are a huge plus for stability—glides over small potholes and gravel on the sidewalk without shaking, way better than the small 8/10-inch tire scooters I tried before. The removable seat is super comfortable for long rides, and I can also stand to ride when I want a little more flexibility, two ways to go is awesome! Safety is top-notch with the dual disc brake system—stops quickly and steadily when I hit the brakes, no skidding at all, which makes me feel secure riding at night. The 330lbs max weight capacity is impressive too; my partner (220lbs) borrowed it once and said it still felt solid with no weird squeaks or wobbles. Folding the frame is super easy, just one quick latch, and it fits right in the trunk of my sedan, great for taking it on road trips or storing in my small apartment closet.

Great Scooter!! I’m 22 and use this to get to and from my college (2 miles away). It wasn’t too difficult to assemble but I did have to take it to a bike shop because I couldn’t get the wheel on properly (probably my fault). I use this scooter almost every day and it runs very well! I am aprox 250lbs and the scooter does pretty well uphill as well, I only have to use my legs if im going straight up in an incline. The speed is great as well, 20mph is just fast enough for me, and this scooter has very strong breaks. The scooter itself feels strong and well made and riding it feels natural almost. I would definitely get another one of these when the time is right.

This is probably the best $350 I’ve ever spent! I got the white scooter and I use it to zoom around campsites and also, I hook up our dog to exercise her. The scooter is very quiet and so efficient! I ride probably 5 miles a day And after two weeks, it had only gone down one bar on the charging gauge. Our dog weighs 85 pounds so the dual brakes are very important to me. The seat is very comfortable and the distance from the seat to the handlebars is perfect. I am 5 foot foot. 7 inches tall and it’s a great fit. I have the seat down as far as it will go. The assembly directions are not very clear. It’s a bunch of pictures with no words so you just have to pay attention and put your thinking cap on. If I remember correctly, it took me about an hour and a half in between my husband trying to tell me how to do it without reading the directions. LOL! Highly recommend!

This bike is wonderful...sturdy and well made, as well as attractive (I get a lot of compliments). The space between the handlebars and the seat is well appointed to allow for comfortable riding. The seat is larger than expected which provides comfortable seating for long rides. The amount of power is perfect for active older adults...not to slow and not too fast - easily controllable. I shopped for several months before deciding and this was the perfect choice for me. And the price was right. Thanks.
