Received two units yesterday. They came with tool pouches and a comprehensive assembly manual which allowed me to assemble both in probably less than 2 hours. Both units were packed well and were received without damage or issues. On assembly the parts appear well made and only had an issue with one small screw which was stubborn to remove before putting on the front fender. Very impressed with the workmanship at this price point. They’re currently on chargers and we’re anxious to test them out. Update: We’ve been riding/commuting on these for almost 2 months now. Aside from normal brake adjustment and retightening things after the first few miles we both love them for ease of operation, comfort and overall quality. We travel both paced and packed unpacked roads and find them to be ideal for everyday tasks.

I could have provided "5 star" rating on this scoter if there had just been better directions. In one of the prior reviews I read someone mentioned that there was no video showing the unboxing and assembly, this was not true,. At the end of he marketing video there is an unboxing video taking you step by step through the assembly but it lacks the following 1. It does not address clearly the installation of the front wheel (the assembler goes way too fast when installing the axle and his hand in in the way of the assembly showing exactly how the spacers, washers and flat lock washer sequence is placed. After I finally got the wheel installed there was a really bad rubbing sound and I tried to reinstall it several times. Finally at the end of the unboxing there was a tip explaining that this could be eliminated by simply adjusting it on 2 nuts (1 top, 1 bottom showing in the supplemental video) If they had taken the time to mention this in the beginning of the video it could have saved me 2 1/2 hours of frustration. There was no narration at all in the unboxing. Other than that the scooter its self is superb and operates as advertised.

I’ve had the best commuter scooter ever. For the time using it, I’ve ridden the scooter to and from work daily about 6km round trip. It’s completely exceeded my expectations. The 1000w peak motor is a revolutionary breakthrough effortlessly conquering steep neighborhood hills with no lag, even when carrying a backpack. Battery life lives up to the hype. I only need to charge it after a full week of daily commutes, far exceeding the advertised 28miles range. The 14inch tires absord bumps smoothly, offering far more stability than my old 10inch scooter. Dual disc brakes deliver instant stops at sudden stop signs. Safety is top notch. Despite weighing 220 pounds, the load capacity remains flawless with no rattling. The seat offers sufficient comfort for 20 minute rides. The 20mph top speed perfectly suits city streets. As a daily commuter, it delivers exceptional value highly recommended for anyone needing a reliable, powerful scooter.

I’ve been using this electric scooter for my daily commute to work (about 8 miles round trip) for 2 weeks now, and it’s by far the best mobility purchase I’ve made this year! The 1000W peak motor is a total game-changer—even on the 15° uphill near my neighborhood, it pulls smoothly without any lag, and the 20 mph top speed is perfect for city streets, no more being stuck in traffic. The 48V 10.4AH battery lives up to its promise: I ride it every day for work and quick errands, and it only needs charging every 3 days, hitting the 28-mile range easily. The 14-inch tires are a huge plus for stability—glides over small potholes and gravel on the sidewalk without shaking, way better than the small 8/10-inch tire scooters I tried before. The removable seat is super comfortable for long rides, and I can also stand to ride when I want a little more flexibility, two ways to go is awesome! Safety is top-notch with the dual disc brake system—stops quickly and steadily when I hit the brakes, no skidding at all, which makes me feel secure riding at night. The 330lbs max weight capacity is impressive too; my partner (220lbs) borrowed it once and said it still felt solid with no weird squeaks or wobbles. Folding the frame is super easy, just one quick latch, and it fits right in the trunk of my sedan, great for taking it on road trips or storing in my small apartment closet.

Got this scooter to get back and forth to work and around town. It's the best $400 I have spent in a very long time. It's fast, fun and is perfect for my needs as now I can ride around with my husband how has a stand up scooter. We will be buying another one of these for him real soon.

There are NO instructions included. Find instruction video on line, "insdrgn c14". I'm a do it yourself kind of guy & I had little trouble unboxing and assembling it, if you are not I suggest you hire a handyman, have him watch the video. From box to scooter should take about two hours + / - . That said I thought it to be a very good product. I did read soom comments about screws being to tight, this is because they use some lock tight, and to me that's a real plus, quality. My test ride found it to be pretty HOT. Be careful and handle the throttle very gentle. It has a lot of torque. I just got it today & have not tested battery charging , distance etc. But don't expect to be disappointed. I think it's a great scooter for the price. Definitely five star. Supurb. P.S. I'm 84 years old, let's get going!!
