It's really fun to ride it's affordable. Assembly was pretty easy I did have to take it to a bike shop to get the front tire put on. The battery life lasts quite a bit and it's easy to charge it takes you 20 miles away and also goes up to 20 miles per hour so that's good. I would say it's a perfect fit good size foldable for trunks and easily movable. It takes me where I need to go, I can get to and from across town smoothly. My granddaughter can’t wait to get home from school to ride this scooter. She said it is the best present ever! You get three keys in total and has a cute basket. The scooter has a wide foot area. This is a fantastic high quality little scooter! It is zippy, cute and a great color. The seat gets low enough that a 5 ft tall person can touch the ground with flat feet while seated. It doesn't go as fast as an electric bike can but it will get you there in a hurry. The ride quality is great for a scooter. I haven't had to fold it so I can't comment on the foldability. The battery life isn't quite what it says, more like 15 to 20 miles maybe but I carry a load on my back that reaches the upper limits of the capacity. I feel the headlight could be attached differently because the light sometimes flops over but that's no big deal. Assembly of front wheel is a bit tricky as instructions aren’t that clear. Size is great on this scooter. Charge/mileage is great. It’s a bit heavy. The alignment can’t be tricky with the steering column. Will be buying a couple more for family members.

Great Scooter!! I’m 22 and use this to get to and from my college (2 miles away). It wasn’t too difficult to assemble but I did have to take it to a bike shop because I couldn’t get the wheel on properly (probably my fault). I use this scooter almost every day and it runs very well! I am aprox 250lbs and the scooter does pretty well uphill as well, I only have to use my legs if im going straight up in an incline. The speed is great as well, 20mph is just fast enough for me, and this scooter has very strong breaks. The scooter itself feels strong and well made and riding it feels natural almost. I wanted something strong to commute about 6 miles round trip to work, and this ended up being a really good choice. It feels sturdy and stable, even on small bumps and uneven pavement. The speed is decent for city riding, and the battery has been enough for my daily commute without stressing about charging every day. Assembly was pretty straightforward, and it’s easy to use overall. The seat and riding position make it more comfortable than standing scooters, especially for longer rides. Only small downside is it’s a bit bulky/heavy to move around, but that also makes it feel more solid. Overall, if you’re looking for something reliable for short daily commutes, this gets the job done 👍 ... show more

Very sturdy built and lots of power. I like the fact that it has suspension front and back. Large wheels help a lot on dirtroads. Very well packaged. Even has a usb charger at the phone holder. The holder is the only thing that I didn’t like so much, seems cheap and is not rubberized. Customer service responded fast to my question, and it was resolved quickly. All in all great bang for the buck, way better as the Costco one my friend got. I am 6‘4“ and this scooter is very nice for tall big guys like me ... show more

Slightly warped brake rotors, the lack of mosfets in the charger, and the lack of power (17A 500W Max Controller) means that there is room for improvement. Also did not like how hard some of the screws were to remove, and they stripped a few screws from the factory. I love this scooter, but seriously, for like $5 more a unit, they could include a charger with MosFets and SERIOUSLY reduce the charge time. Why should a 2A charger need a cooling fan (because they had to cheap out and use silicon diodes in the bridge rectifier). And include a better controller, at least a 30A max (800W) would be more appropriate given the item description. The inclusion of the phone charger and the bright headlight is a plus, but this thing does NOT have a break light either, however its wired for one. I recommend this one if your willing to assemble it and upgrade it!!!! ... show more
