Worth it!
Size: Twin
Color: White
Worth the price. Worth the delivery. It was fairly easy to put together. VERY WELL LABELED. Honestly, if all things game with this kind of instructions...life would be simpler. Lol. This took me probably about 3 hours by myself. I required one other person for a total of 5 minutes to hold one side up for me...that was it. As far as the quality of the bed goes, we have yet to put any real kind of wear and tear on it. It feels sturdy and strong. The dressers drawers are nice, but I don't know how long they will hold up. But they are definitely big enough for clothing and some other little things. The desk is very nice, lots of room. The lights really add to the vibe of the bed. My seven year old little girl loves the bed but she IS afraid of the ladder. We are working on getting her comfortable going up and down. Unfortunately she has not had a lot of experience with these kinds of things, but I think she will be a natural in a few days (I hope). We ordered the bed on a Friday. It was here on Monday....even though it said it would take a little longer. That was awesome. The boxes it comes in are HUGE. But obviously we figured they would be lol. Anyways, overall we are very happy. It fits perfect, sturdy, exactly as described.

Worth the money!
Size: Twin

Daughter loves it! Did take some time assemble but rather than that it’s very stable, looks great in her room and created so much more space in her room.

My granddaughter loves it
Size: Twin

Love love love this bed. It's very sturdy and well made. It took my son and I about 5 hours to put it together, lots of pieces and parts, a zillion screws but all marked very well. Just takes some common sense and definitely a second person. Lots of storage space, very cute with the lights. My granddaughter loves it.

Completely unhappy
Size: Full
Color: Rustic Brown
I am beyond disappointed with this entire experience. The item I received was NOT a full-size bed frame as advertised. Your factory packaged a twin-size bed frame inside a box labeled as a full-size bed. This was entirely your mistake—not mine. While you authorized a return, you are now expecting me to pay another $80 in return shipping for an error your company made. That is completely unacceptable. The buyer should never be responsible for paying to return an item that was incorrectly packaged and shipped by the seller. I expect a full refund, including all shipping charges, because this situation is the direct result of your company’s mistake. What makes this even more upsetting is that you didn’t just ship the wrong product—you broke a 10-year-old little girl’s heart. She was so excited to put together her new bed, only to discover that it wasn’t even the correct size. We had already sold her previous bed in preparation for this one, so now she’s sleeping on the couch while we wait for a replacement from a different brand and a different seller. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, disappointing, and avoidable. A simple quality control check would have prevented all of this. Shame on your company for handling this so poorly. Mistakes happen, but expecting your customers to pay for them is terrible business and even worse customer service. Zero stars. I would not recommend this seller to anyone.

Get your own anti-tip device.
Size: Full
Color: White
First, my daughter loves her new bed. It was easy, although time consuming, to put together for two people. The assembly instructions are clear and even have call outs for spots where it would be easy to make mistakes. My one complaint, which isn’t really a complaint, I just wish I’d known about it before assembly, is that the anti-tip device that is included won’t work. It involves two brackets that are attached to the outside of the bed frame at specific spots, meaning that if you can’t choose where to place the anchors on the bed which could be an issue depending on bed placement in your room. Also if you place the bed in a corner you won’t be able to use one of the brackets. Additionally, the anchors appear to be masonry sleeve anchors which can be used in drywall or with wooden or metal studs. It’s not a deal breaker, just wish I’d know to have a contingency plan.

Great product
Size: Full
Color: Black
Great product I bought 2 one for each child. Great price and wonderful amount of storage for their clothes. Assembly was very easy to follow and it’s very sturdy and secure as they offer straps to adhere to the wall. I have an 8 year old and 13 year old both boys and both beds are still standing. It does take up quite a bit of space but looks very nice.

There were so many products to choose from but we are so grateful we chose this one!! So much storage, the unit is sturdy, and my daughter loves it!! Perfect way to maximize limited space. We turned a place where just a bed existed into so much more. Highly recommend a handy man as there are a ton of pieces!!
