When I ordered this Calvin Klein Euphoria Bold Elixir perfume, I was taking the chance that I would like the scent before having a chance to smell it. I planned to go to the department store to a tester bottle, but couldn't find the extra time to do so unfortunately. I had only smelled an insert in a magazine at my doctor’s office, which I thought smelled so good that I went ahead and ordered a small 1/3 of an ounce size bottle of it for myself. When this bottle arrived and I took the bottle out of the box, I saw the most beautiful shade of purple I have ever seen. I took the cap off, and I could smell the fragrance that I had smelled in the doctor’s office that day. It smells so good and I would describe it as having jasmine and vanilla in it, which are two of my favorites. I have added this to my rotation of perfumes that I use when I leave the house. I love the way it smells on me. I spray it only once or twice and it seems to last for many hours. That’s always been the case for me, where I spray very little perfume and it lasts and lasts, all day long. Although this is only a bottle containing one-third of an ounce, it will last a long time. I have owned other Calvin Klein perfumes in the past, and although have always liked them, they do not come close to measuring up to this Euphoria. That being said - I genuinely like this perfume. I can definitely smell the variety of different undertones of several ingredients. Because of this, I would rate this as a 5 out of 5 Stars. I am glad I took the chance and ordered “scent unseen”. When this bottle runs out, I believe I will be back for another bottle. I am very happy with this purchase. At only $36 for 1/3 of an ounce, this is a great value in my opinion. The media could not be loaded. I’m quite a perfume enthusiast. I have several dozen on my vanity right now, and over the years, I have owned several hundred. I have tried all kinds in terms of concentration and price points, so I have a comparative knowledge when it comes to perfumes. I pre-ordered this perfume the moment I saw it. Then, I waited for over one month for it to be released. I was so excited that I kept checking and refreshing my Amazon shipping page every day, full of anticipation. On the surface, this perfume combined all my favorite things (that’s why I was so anxious for it to arrive): a smoky, edgy scent, Rosalia as the perfume’s face, and a purple bottle. Plus, it’s a Calvin Klein perfume, and from having used other perfumes by Calvin Klein with great satisfaction, I expected something outstanding. In reality, this perfume far exceeded my expectations. Where do I even begin? I have so many positive things to say. First and foremost, the scent is edgy, bold, and unique—it’s not your typical girlish scent. It has a discernible smoky, sharp, and woody character. It’s complex; it’s brooding. I have experienced many perfumes in my lifetime—including traditionally masculine scents, and I am a woman—but I had never come across a scent so memorable. Wearing it made me feel powerful, even aggressive. To match this scent, I was inspired to put together a high-fashion outfit that I never considered wearing before. This perfume is so glorious and sensual that it gave me a significant confidence boost. I cannot praise it enough. That said, be aware of its strong character and make sure to wear it in appropriate settings—that is, evening or intimate. This perfume is not for the faint of heart and is certainly not for office/daytime wear. Second, it’s an extrait de parfum, which means the oil concentration is higher (30%+). In practice, it means that the longevity and projection are very strong. That is certainly true with this perfume. It sounded quite obviously on and around me for a good 7 hours, with impressive sillage and projection, and stayed closer to the skin for another couple of hours afterward. As I kept moving through my day, I couldn’t believe the staying power of this perfume. Its performance is outstanding. It lasts all day without a touch-up. A note here: given its superior projection, do not overdo it. Just spray your pulse points and stop—otherwise, you are risking turning this into beast-mode projection. A pro-tip: to make a perfume last longer, make sure to thoroughly moisturize the skin beforehand. Scent molecules need something sticky to cling onto. Otherwise, they’ll just get absorbed into the skin and become muted. Lastly, about the presentation. It is undeniably a high-end, fashion-forward statement piece. It comes in a uniquely shaped bottle with the most amazing purple color—which catches and reflects light on smooth surfaces. It’s mesmerizing. I cannot stop looking at it on my vanity. This presentation is inviting. It’s alluring; it’s seductive. It whispers at you to embark on the sensual journey of self-discovery. Final Verdict: I am truly obsessed with this. It’s perfection in every detail: the scent, the presentation, and the performance. In fact, I love it so much that I ordered this scent in the travel form as well—for those times when I don’t want to risk ruining the delicate main bottle in crowded luggage, yet still want to shine and smell amazing on my travels. I cannot recommend this enough.

It is designed to be sensual, confident, and ideal for evening wear. Personal Experience This fragrance smells wonderful. It is strong yet subtle at the same time, which is a hard balance to hit. The scent lasts the entire day. When my wife leaves for work, I can still smell it when she comes home. Factoring in her drive time, that is about nine hours, and she does not spray it right before walking out the door, so closer to nine and a half hours. Even then, the scent is still detectable. If I am home the day she sprays it, the room holds the fragrance for about three hours afterward. She says she cannot feel it on her skin, meaning no sticky or tacky residue, and she has had no skin reactions. The vanilla and jasmine stand out the most, and the combination creates a unique scent that smells genuinely good. She has already received several compliments while wearing it. It is a bit on the pricey side compared to other perfumes, but given the scent and how long it lasts, I would say it's a good value. Final Verdict A warm, confident, long‑lasting scent with excellent staying power and a beautiful blend of vanilla and jasmine. It performs exactly how a perfume intense should. A solid 5 stars.
