Very heavy duty and weighs a lot. I used it to pull a U-Haul trailer and it performed flawlessly. It didn’t bump around in the receiver like my other hitch did. The height adjustment was great as I was able to level the trailer perfectly. The price was fair. I just wish it was made in the USA instead of China.

Hitch is very high quality, it just pulled a trailer with a 4 runner on it for 600 miles no issues. only problem i had is that the locking pin came bent where the lock connects to the pin other than that couldn’t be more pleased.

Feels very heavy duty. The ball portion is a single machined block of steel, with a couple 3/8" sheet steel pieces solidly welded to it. Held up great. Just got back from a cross country trip towing a covered trailer with a 1000lb safe in it. Driving through Louisiana is a bouncy nightmare (someone decided their roads should have speed bumps every ten feet, apparently...) but this hitch stayed together. The locking hitch pin is great, you just have to make certain it's locked completely. I did not have any troubles there (It appears another reviewer had issues with it). I secured the locking pin and then proceeded to kick the crap out of the mount to see if it would pop loose before trusting it, but it was fine. Anti rattle washers seem to actually work? It was rare to hear any sound transmission to the interior of the vehicle, and usually we were hearing the clunk of the hitch reciever on the trailer clunking, or squeaking coming from the ball and reciever after the paint had worn off. My past experiences with a more normal hitch was much louder. Reciever and bracket is strong enough to lift the rear end of my truck... My brother was disconnecting the receiver so we could take a lunch, and didn't actually open it, so he ended up spinning the trailer foot up high enough to lift the rear end a few inches. Didn't look like the adjustable hitch complained about it one bit. I opted to carry the hitch ball and extra pins in my Decked system while it's not in use and just left the bracket in place. Around here, unsecured *anything* might be swiped on principal alone, so it's little hassle to put it away until I need it, and I always adjust the ball to the trailer beforehand anyways, so it saves a step really. Would be cool if we could get it with three keyed alike hitch pins and just lock it and forget it, but for what I paid for this I'm more than happy with it.

I needed a stronger itch for my boat. I looked around and was shocked at the price on some of the "name Brand" hitches. Found this one on Amazon and really did a deep dive investigating how it was built, material etc. received the next day and was surprised at the quality of this hitch. Also, it was the least expensive out of all of them. opened it up and am pretty much impressed so far! more to follow when I get it on my truck and start towing, appears to be a really good product. Thank you.
