What a surprise! I really enjoyed making cookies for two days using my new rolling pin! The cookies were easy to make using this rolling Pin. It is stainless steel and weighted for easy use. The size was perfect for the silicon sheet provided Four different sized silicon circles are provided for different sized cookies and make it very easy to roll out your dough. I’m impressed with this rolling pin. I really do like it. It’s sturdy and easy to store. It’s a good value for the money in my opinion. I’ve never been able to get all my dough even with my traditional rolling pin. The mat comes in handy too. It serves as guide and helps keep your counter clean.

Great for rolling out a dough to a specific, even thickness across the entire piece of dough - like keeping sugar cookies consistently the same thickness and for keeping dumpling dough the same thickness when making Chicken-n-Dumplings. Easy to clean & store. It is built well and the rings store on the ends of the roller itself. I’d buy it again - it was a good purchase.
