It’ll be fine, but the hardware holding the cb mount to the base is way too long and really soft. Distorted the nut putting it in a vice to cut it down. No reason for it to be that long.

For what it’s supposed to be it would work very well, and function according to description…unfortunately…I am going to have to modify it for my use. Where the curved piece will need to milled down, so I can use this. I don’t want to drill holes in my center column, and after modification, it should work nicely.

I have a 2018 Silverado with a 3 cup holder. I used the center one, to mount the Radio mount. So first, screw the cb bracket on first. Next mount the cup mount, using the short screws. When the bolts just thread onto the nut, Stop. Tap the mount into the cup holder. ( I used a rubber mallet) Once mounted,tighten the screws. Don't force the screws too much or the cup holder could crack. It is very solid to hold your CB. Good Luck.
