First off, the biggest drawback for me is that I've been having serious issues using these with Spotify. I think it's a conflict between the Adidas app and Spotify's special Bluetooth handling, but it's the only app I have had this problem with. I've contacted support but apparently they're understaffed so nobody there has been able to confirm this. It's happened across multiple phones. If you use Spotify, maybe hold off on these for now. Otherwise, I like these earbuds. They're not perfect, but they feel premium. I love the charging case: cool pattern, USB-C charging, simple indicator (maybe too simple). The whole "push the logo to pair" thing feels a bit uninutitive, especially when the earbuds pair on their own. My biggest issue with the product itself and not the software/firmware is that you can't configure the touch sensitivity or touch region. I've accidentally hung up on people multiple times when I was just adjusting the fit of these earbuds. Really painful, since I've seen the feature on several similarly priced earbuds. I'm not an audiophile but I can say that in comparison to cheap earbuds, these sound really good. Almost too good bc whenever someone calls me while I'm listening to music, I jump because the phone ringing in my ear is so loud. I've tried to adjust the ringer volume on my phone because it is separate of media volume but it doesn't make enough of a difference. There's like this crackle switching sound that happens for like 1/2 a second when a call comes in. Even w volume adjusted, it's stil loud in my ear & still makes me jump. I know, I probably sound like a wimp if that makes me jump....feel free to call me a wimp then because it definitely rattles me. Battery life is better than good, they were easy to pair with my phone & they connect quickly. But...my biggest issue is how uncomfortable they are inside my ear. Which is weird bc I don't have this problem w any other buds i have (& the other pairs i have are cheapy no-name). I tried changing the size of those rubber thingys but it didn't help. They're still uncomfortable. Plus they feel like they're gonna fall out, and they often do. Which is one of the reasons I hang up on ppl by accident. It never fails...a bud will fall out of my ear and when it hits the floor &/or i pick it up, the call gets disconnected. Or when I'm trying to prevent it from falling out to begin with so I touch the bud lightly so that it doesn't come out all the way & it ends up getting hung up anyways. Or my personal favorite, when I'm wearing them and I put my hood up and my hair or something slightly touches them and it pauses or stops my music entirely & I can't get it to play again simply by touching it. I have to actually hit play on my phone within thr steaming app. Sound=great battery life=great Comfort=not great Price=great as in "a lot". Too pricey for my budget especially since there's a good chance I'll eventually lose one because they don't fit well. I hope my humble opinion helps you in some way. These Adida's earbuds were $189.99 at the time I ordered. That's a bit more than I personally typically budget for earbuds, but I figured for the price they're probably better than what we've had in the past. They are very comfortable and come with different sized earpieces. Small and compact which is very nice. They don't stick out at all like I expected them to and have a good functions like automatic pause. The battery life is excellent, and they pair flawlessly. They look very stylish and upscale. Unfortunately, the sound quality could be a bit better considering these do not sound any better than cheaper versions I own. They sound a bit muffled at times and don't get the volume you'd expect. The noise cancellation doesn't really seem to make much (if any) difference. Overall, these are nice upscale looking earphones. They look better than they perform, so if you are more interested in sporting the brand name these are for you. If you want something that matches quality with price, I would suggest to shop around. ... show more
