Let me start by saying that I was waiting to leave a review until I needed to charge the battery. I bought the unit on 3/2/2023 and I have already put 40+ miles so far (all using PAS1 except for a little throttle) and the battery is only down 25%. I ride everyday (weather permitting) and this is a blast to drive. I bought the unit from Amazon on Thursday 3/2/2023. I received an email the first thing in the morning asking me to verify the riders height etc, to make sure that this was the right model for me. Friday afternoon I was contacted by the shipping company and delivery was scheduled for the following Monday between 2-10 pm and the delivery was right within that window. The bike was packaged well and I saw no shipping damage. The driver unloaded the pallet in the street and told me that the company charges $50.00 just to move the pallet onto the sidewalk and he refused to take the pallet with him. I personally do not have any way to dispose of a pallet as I'm sure most people wouldn't. I'm not blaming AddMotor for this, more of a "what to expect" for new buyers. Now we get down to the good part. Unboxing the unit was very straight forward and was easily completed by me (I'm 55 and disabled). I like the video instruction for the assembly process. It was easy to follow and pause when needed. I spent about an hour and a half slowly putting it together without any hiccups. My first ride was spectacular. I got a feel for it really quickly and spent some time on cornering. After just a few minutes I was out and riding through the neighborhood like a giddy school kid. I am handicapped and this is my sole form of transportation and I have no worries about setting out for a ride across town. The baskets and rear bag are perfect for carrying groceries ect and easy to use. The pro's for this unit are many and I've only found a few things that I would prefer. The electronics are very straightforward and easy to use. The safety features such as the lights and mirrors are very visible and provide a nice sense security in the evening hours. Con: The seat is extremely uncomfortable. Even with the back rest, I am sore after every ride. It's not enough to stop me from riding, but I went out first thing to get a new seat. Now to the other part of my con. I bought a really nice saddle for my bike only to find out that they use a special mount that is not available for an aftermarket seat. More seat options would be nice especially for riders who plan on using it for long rides. I would recommend this trike for anyone who needs some sort of mobility solutions. I'm very happy with this purchase and I would by it again.

Seller was very responsive and reached out to me ahead of shipping to verify some details. Also very responsive when I notified them of an issue and helped to resolve it. The trike is very fun to ride and has plenty of power. The pedal assist is amazing after working through just a few gears and PAS levels in my initial rides. Looking forward to working through all the gears and PAS levels on the trails around my neighborhood. I will say to use caution on turns as you get used to riding the trike. So far I’m very impressed with the trike and look forward to putting many more miles on it.

My son has a brain injury and can’t drive a car so to gain some independence we got this. He has balance issues so this is great. The only problem we have had is no kick stand or break mode so it won’t roll if on a hill or something or if there is we have learned yet. We took it after delivery to our local bike shop and they put it together for a small fee but it was ready the next day

Overall, I like the trike. The assembly instructions are garbage. There are a couple of items that need to be assembled and aren't mentioned at all in the instructions. However, once you get together, it's a great ride.

Kelly has a bad back and needs support there. The seat has little adjustment forward or back . The handlebsrs look sweet but you can’t adjust them closer to the operated to use the back test . So she cont take very long rides . Other than that everything seems to work just fine .

First delivery was great, Commnication with company great, my con to this is it took my friend forever to get it put together, And hes very smart at building ect, Not as Sturdy as I was hoping for, for the money you would think it would come with a lock but nope, I had to order that separate, I am still getting use to the turns on it for now I would give it a 3 stars our of 5 because I am not so sure the quality is where it needs to be, I will do a new review when I take it out more and let you know,

I've had to revise my review a bit after the initial excitement wore off. There is a reason that a lot of customers get frustrated and have this assembled by professionals. The instructions describe assembling parts that are already assembled, and have no instructions for things that are not assembled. In addition, there was a rear fender bolt that was cross threaded at the factory. I worked as a professional motorcycle mechanic that assembled hundreds of motorcycles, so I was lucky enough to have a full set of tools, including thread taps and lots of spare hardware that made the assembly possible, whereas someone without those tools would probably need a professional. The trike runs okay, and my dad is happy with it. It really is pretty fun to ride, but I think Addmotor should do better for the price.
