Very happy with this tryke! We found the same one locally at a bike shop but it didn't come with the front basket like this one or the bike cleaner and it was the same price. Because it folds in half, the pedals are set back a little farther so it is difficult for my husband to pedal because he has bad legs and his legs are short. He puts it in to pedal assist though and enjoys riding it. So does our dog in the basket! It is heavy and does not fit in the back of our SUV so we are going to have to figure out how to transport it. We got the red and love the color! ... show more

We’re thrilled with our Addmotor Citytri E-310 eTrikes — it’s truly the best purchase we’ve made for our 55+ resort lifestyle! About 25 years ago, my wife Elaine had a biking accident in downtown Portland, Oregon. A young family unknowingly cut her off, causing her to fall. She wasn’t seriously hurt, but the experience shook her confidence, and she hasn’t been on a bike since — until now. About a year ago, we relocated to a vibrant 55+ resort community in Arizona where bikes and golf carts are everywhere. We started exploring electric trikes, hoping to find something safe, comfortable, and fun. After researching several models, I ordered two Addmotor Citytri E-310 Folding eTrikes — a Candy Red Standard for Elaine (she’s 5’1”) and a Neptune Blue Plus for myself (I’m 5’9”). The bikes arrived quickly, in just four days (two business days), and Addmotor gave us a $300 discount for purchasing two units — a great deal! The key differences between the Standard and Plus models are the handlebar stem and tire sizes. The Plus has an adjustable, longer handlebar stem, which suits me well. Elaine’s Standard version, with a fixed stem, also fits her perfectly. Assembly was straightforward — mostly just adjusting the folding handlebars and seat backs. The real test was Elaine’s first ride. I was nervous, given her long hiatus and some personal medical concerns. We started slowly, first pedaling with the power assist, then gradually adding throttle. To my surprise and joy, she quickly regained her confidence. On day one, she rode 10 miles — and even hit 18+ mph using the throttle! Despite being slightly narrower than some other models, the trikes feel stable, even on tight turns. I was initially concerned about tipping, but that concern quickly faded. The narrower width actually helps when navigating sidewalk barriers in our community. Performance-wise, I rode over 31 miles on our first charge and still had 2 bars left — and I rarely pedaled! The single gear and PAS1 mode work great for slower rides under 7 mph, while higher speeds (up to 20 mph) in electric mode feel smooth and controlled. We absolutely love the colors. The Candy Red is glossier than it appears online — truly stunning. The Neptune Blue has a beautiful matte finish. Paint quality is excellent. One minor note: the seat post shows some wear and metal dust during adjustments. A higher-quality post with height markers would be a nice upgrade. Lighting is solid — the headlight is surprisingly bright. The taillight could be larger and more visible, but still does the job. Reading the manual helped us figure out how to activate the lights using key combinations. Braking and traction are excellent. All three wheels have disc brakes, which gives us peace of mind. However, the parking brake on Elaine’s trike feels a bit too tight — I’ll need to tweak the cable tension. The front and rear baskets are spacious, and we’re looking forward to the rear storage bag Addmotor is releasing. We're also excited about the upcoming smart helmet — very curious! Addmotor’s customer service was excellent throughout the purchasing process. Their timely, helpful responses, combined with the powerful 750W motor and great PAS1 range, sealed the deal for us. If you’re considering an eTrike, we wholeheartedly recommend the Addmotor Citytri E-310. It brought biking back into our lives — and we couldn’t be happier. ... show more
