I’m not big on writing reviews but I’m so blown way by this trike. My first ride was to the post office 3/4 mile away down hill (my car coast down at 50mph) I get my mail and start home I didn’t expect to do 18.5mph up hill but it did. I had one thing that needed attention one of fender bracelet was bent and rubbing the tire it had to be fixed. So i contacted customer support explain what’s was wrong they suggested if i felt i could do my self they would send me a phone holder as ordering just a bracket couldn’t take a long time. So I did myself came out pretty good. The packing on this trike was very good no wiggling parts. So bent fender bracket had to done before it was boxed up.in China. About the trike it is well made and very solid first thing out of the box is I charge the battery. What there is in putting it together is easy especially if you have real tools not the cheap stuff they send you. The hardest thing and really wasn’t hard it’s you are working blind is putting the basket on you can’t see the top and the bottom at the same time. I can’t tell you times i drop that little nut and washer but i got it done Anyway don’t be afraid to buy this trike put it together and start having some fun. That was why I bought it in the first place. I can’ tell you already that it’s going to be that. If you ride around traffic put som safety light on it having ridden motorcycles be seen and remember Driver License are not issued on IQ there are some pretty bad drivers out there. HAVE FUN I wanted to add to this I have watch many unboxing of electric trikes on YouTube no brand I have watch packs there trikes as well as Addmotor it’s not just way it’s packed but use of high quality materials ... show more

Fun and powerful. The 750 watt motor easily handles all the hills here in Central Oregon. Solid! Easy to assemble and admired wherever I go. It is big .... transporting it has been a challenge but I found a 72" x 36" hitch carrier. A lot less than a trailer. Lots of combinations of pedal assist .... or just use the throttle! ... show more

As far as I know this is the only company that provides this semi recumbent design. It is a very nice bike and it's evolution over the past few years shows they have taken customer input into making improvements to the design. Just pray you do not have any problems with the bike because once delivered there is zero customer service. If I had known before I made my purchase that the company had an F rating with the CA BBB I probably would not have made such an expensive purchase. The delivery staff are very attentive about processing your order. But I've had an open ticket with customer service for months with no response, I find it mind boggling for a company selling such a high end product. ... show more

I have had many bikes, trikes and electric bikes. The Arisetan 360 is a BEAST of them all! So much fun and so easy to control! Would recommend this to anyone, I feel like I am on a trike motorcycle and WOW… the fun it is to ride! Comfort at the BEST!
