After doing tons of digging for a new baby monitor and having one that drove us crazy and didn’t last with our first baby (looking at you infant optics) I was very happy to find this one for our second baby. I originally purchased the camera and display screen package back in February 2023 and loved it so much that I went ahead and purchased an add on camera so that I could have one in each of my daughters rooms. After a few months the add on camera was having connection issues and I emailed customer service and they are sending me a new one! No hassle and very quick to help. I think this is one of the best baby monitors out there with so many awesome features and at a great price point. I love that I have the option of viewing it from my phone or the monitor screen. Not to mention it’s adorable. Very happy with my purchase!

I love this monitor! The screen is very big and allows you to do a split screen between two cameras. It is super user friendly. The cameras are also cute, which my kids love. One of my cameras stopped working properly and Cathy with their customer service team responded immediately to my email. She sent me a replacement camera to fix the problem. Truly outstanding customer service - prompt and eager to fix the problem. I highly recommend this company!

I love that the picture quality is so clear. The night vision is great as well. The app is great and easy to use. I love that I can view the camera from the app when I’m away from home. The only thing I think could use improvement is the range of motion (down) I have to put mine up high based on the arrangement of our room and it doesn’t have the capability to look down as far as I feel it should. The bunny ear thing prevents it from looking down even more. And the app doesn’t give a viewer, who is not the admin, the capability to receive motion/noise notifications. Other than that, it’s an amazing product!

The Arenti baby camera is awesome! At an affordable price, you get a good quality video cam. We also love the fact that it comes with a monitor display but it also lets you use the app. It works great for our nanny, and I can still check on the baby when I'm at work. One of our add-on cameras stopped working out of nowhere and I worked with customer support to try and fix it flashing a new firmware on it. None of the solutions worked, so they simply shipped a new camera for free. Not only that, but the camera they got stolen from our front-porch and, yet again, they sent another free camera to replace that. All in all it's been a great experience and I'm glad with went this Arenti for our baby camera.

This camera is a game changer for our life style. We can watch our child through our phone or the monitor they have from their combo pack. You can watch from the phone and the monitor so multiple people can watch if need be. It is so helpful being able to know when my baby is awake and moving and it alerts me when I was not paying attention.

This device is everything I'm looking for, however it has two major flaws. First flaw is while the motion tracking is rotating the camera, the audio recording pauses momentary. Second floor is it cannot look up and down more than 45° angle which defeats the purpose of mounting this on the wall. They provide a wall mounting kit with it. If recording audio is very important to you then I highly encourage you to not purchase this device.
