After doing tons of digging for a new baby monitor and having one that drove us crazy and didn’t last with our first baby (looking at you infant optics) I was very happy to find this one for our second baby. I originally purchased the camera and display screen package back in February 2023 and loved it so much that I went ahead and purchased an add on camera so that I could have one in each of my daughters rooms. After a few months the add on camera was having connection issues and I emailed customer service and they are sending me a new one! No hassle and very quick to help. I love this monitor! The screen is very big and allows you to do a split screen between two cameras. It is super user friendly. The cameras are also cute, which my kids love. One of my cameras stopped working properly and Cathy with their customer service team responded immediately to my email. She sent me a replacement camera to fix the problem. I love that the picture quality is so clear. The night vision is great as well. The app is great and easy to use. I love that I can view the camera from the app when I’m away from home. The only thing I think could use improvement is the range of motion (down) I have to put mine up high based on the arrangement of our room and it doesn’t have the capability to look down as far as I feel it should. The bunny ear thing prevents it from looking down even more. And the app doesn’t give a viewer, who is not the admin, the capability to receive motion/noise notifications. This unit has all the functions. Very good picture. Motion detection - maybe a little to sensitive. Noise/crying detection -also very sensitive. movement tracking -actually works. Talk to little one -though she did not like this feature. Tracks temp and humidity. We are Grandparents. You can share the camera link with parents and they can check in on little one when she is staying with us. That is really nice. ... show more

It's a baby monitor camera but I use it just as a security camera just to check in on my dg while away from home, 2 way audio, SD card slot, has smooth running app, able to control the angle with the app, good night vision, good value

Get booted out of the app and have to sign in several times a day. Monitor battery life is short. Too many options that makes switching between screens complicated
