Terrible pizza oven. As other reviewers have noted, it would be faster to use a conventional oven for the time it takes to cook a pizza. Don’t bother wasting your time with this model. After I received and made my first pizza using it, they would not return it as it was used so I am now stuck with an oversized paperweight! ... show more

Sturdy, well designed and equal to performance of unit it replaced which cost more. It also had side bumpers to keep unit from touching anything when containing high heat.

doen't cook evenly so hae to rotte pizza half way through cook cycle or one side is overdone and the other is undercooked

    • Great pizza oven
My in-laws have one made by Tombstone, and while this one isn't as heavy as theirs, it makes the pizzas in the same time and quality. This was well worth the money.

    • Not quite what I'm looking for
I like that the controls are simple; just a timer. I would have prefered a timer and a temperature control. I don't know what the tempurate is set to, but I imagine that is is around 450 degrees; not hot enough for a really good pizza oven, but about as good as you can do without stepping up to 240 voltage. There is no "deck" on this, just the wire grate that is built into the door handle, a handle that sticks out very awkwardly. It also doesn't really latch into place. It would be so much better with a hinged door and a stoneware deck. You'd need a peel or something to get pizzas in and out, but that's easy. Construction is flimsy. I sent mine back because the box was open and the door handle was missing. I considered trying my luck again, but it just isn't quite what I'm looking for. ... show more
