The joystick is very easy to operate and maneuvering in these types of stores is more than adequate. had to recharge the battery after two visits to Home Depot, two visits to Sams Club and several doctor office visits. In other words the battery life is very good. The chair is also well-made and comfortable to sit in for an hour or two at a time. Highly recommend.

Nice chair. Long battery life. This was needed for my father to be able to enjoy retirement and vaca. I am a little disappointed at the way it came. The delivery was fast but it came with a totally ripped to shred box and about 3 inches of dust. I gotta say it made me nervous. The battery holder had a Crack other than that after a little cleaning the chair was as expected. Fast delivery as well.

I couldn't be happier with my purchasing decision. One of the most important factors for any wheelchair user is comfort, and this electric wheelchair delivers on all fronts. I was able to quickly adapt to the controls, and it's made my daily activities much more convenient. The wheelchair's foldable design is a game-changer for me. I needed to give my daughter a bit more autonomy as she struggles to regain her mobility. I had no idea I could find a really good electric chair for under $1k. This chair is not only near perfect, it is well-made and comfortable. (We do have to have a pillow on her back for longer periods.) Just know that even though the description says this chair is light, it is not. In fact, it is rather heavy. Worth it, but still heavy.

Arrived damaged but did work. Tried to get replacement parts but the company had no customer service. Amazon instructed me to return to them but refund was not immediate so I am waiting. Its over a thousand dollars so hopefully there are no hitches.

experiencing some grinding in the motor area ---when turn to the left, rear left motor grindc, when turn to the right right rear motor grinds--straight ahead no problem--grinding ceases when jo9y stick released from turn anyone else have this problem---otherwise chair is great--hope to hear from tech service for a fix, since i don't want to return this chair

Came basically put together so minimal work needed. Works well and looking forward to using it. This is one you can pick up while the other I bought needs someone to help you lift it. Just have to get used to using the joystick

The wheelchair looks really nice but I can't use it because the back right tire wont stay inflated. I've contacted the seller and am waiting for a response(will update after). Hopefully they can replace or fix the tire, if not, I will need to return. *Update Received the replacement wheel from the seller, fast response time, and my brother was able to fix it. The wheelchair is great for outside, long battery life and smooth ride. A little big for using inside around the kitchen and the seat could be more comfortable. Overall, I really like this wheelchair now that I can use it.
