There's a lot in this kit, and I'll never use it all. The lamp took awhile to figure out, but it worked slightly once I did. Everything else is a similar hit or miss. I kind of expected that with so much, but it should be more 75% hits/25% miss than the 50/50 it really is.

The tools appear to be high-quality, but I can't get it to work well for me. I'm an amateur, but I can usually figure out these things pretty quickly. After four attempts, I finally got a set I was happy with. Unfortunately, it only lasted a few days before it started to chip off. I have to say I absolutely think this is the best set for an beginner who wants to get into nails or really even refilling up their set. Directions are a little tricky to follow and figure out how to use everything in the set but once you've gotten the hang of it you are golden. Makes a perfect gift for any occasion, it's like gifting a skill in a box. If you need more tips on how to do a nail that isn't included I suggest watching a YouTube video it certainly helps. ... show more

My teenage niece wanted to learn to do nails and we were so surprised when we got this kit because she has everything she need to get started, the only thing I had to buy additionally was a set of brushes. You definitely get what you pay for with this acrylic nail kit. The acrylic powder dries so quick that it doesn’t leave you enough time to mold and shape your nails. The UV light is very weak and does not dry gel nail polish to completion, even after 90 seconds (the highest setting). I tried to do my nails twice with this kit and failed tremendously due to the terrible quality of the acrylic powder. I wouldn’t even recommend this product for beginners because someone who is doing their own acrylic nails for the first time would probably not want to continue after using this kit. I’d advise people to just buy each product separately and make sure they are high quality. It may be pricey but it will be worth it in the long run. I wish I could get a refund on this but it’s too late. Just buy your products separately. ... show more
