The tips are a good quality, I have no complaints about them. They come in a sturdy, labeled case which is great but the clippers themselves broke. The screw and spring messed up I'm not sure how but the blade got stuck in a closed position. I tried to fix them but they were dead in the water. Hopefully you have better luck! I bought this well over a year ago (Purchased in July 2022, now 10/2023) when I started learning to do my own french manicure, powder dip nails. I went back to my shopping history to find these because nothing I've bought since is this sturdy. Others bend too easily or don't form well to my natural nails. Package came busted , with nails falling out of box that hold nails, nails were thinner than expected, not very sturdy. They did grant my refund quickly with easy process. Hopefully they ship them in more padding next times to avido damaged products
