The NETD <35mK @ 25°C, F/1.0 ensures exceptional sensitivity to subtle temperature differences, making it easier to detect small or distant animals at night. A 50Hz frame rate provides smooth imaging during movement, while image enhancement technology improves thermal contrast and scene clarity, allowing users to quickly identify targets across dense brush, fog, or varied terrain. The 7.0° × 5.3° field of view and 25mm objective lens provide a clear and balanced view, with 65mm eye relief for comfortable long- term use. The scope’s 3.5× optical zoom combined with 1–8× digital zoom, along with 10 reticle patterns and 7 pseudo color modes, allows hunters to adapt to different distances and environments. Advanced models, like the GRS225RF, feature 905nm infrared rangefinding up to 1000 yards (±5m), aiding in precise distance measurement and holdover estimation for accurate shots. Built for demanding outdoor conditions, the GRS Series is IP67-rated waterproof and dustproof and can handle recoil up to 800 g/0.4ms, ensuring reliable operation even on high-powered rifles. • High End Thermal, Budget Pricing!
Style: 256-25
I’ve been using the GOYOJO GRS225 for a little while now, and I’m very happy with the purchase. The thermal image is clear and sharp, making it easy to spot heat signatures. It performs well at longer distances and has helped me identify targets much faster than I expected. Setup was straightforward, and the zeroing process didn’t take long. The menu is easy to navigate, and the controls are simple enough to learn quickly. I also appreciate the built-in recording feature, which is a nice bonus for reviewing outings later. The scope feels sturdy and well-made without adding too much weight to my setup. Battery life has been reliable, lasting through extended sessions without any concerns. Considering the price, the GRS225 delivers impressive performance and features that are often found on much more expensive thermal optics. Overall, I think this is a great thermal scope for anyone looking to get into thermal imaging without spending a fortune. Highly recommended. ... show more

  • Better than my Rix Storm S2
Style: 256-25
Absolute game-changer for night hunting. The image clarity on the GRS 225 is exceptional, making target identification effortless even in pitch-black conditions or dense fog. The thermal sensor picks up heat signatures instantly, and the refresh rate keeps the display completely smooth with zero lag while tracking movement. It holds zero perfectly on my 22-250 and 308, and the one shot zero is awesome. The battery life easily lasts through an all-night hunt. The interface is intuitive enough to navigate quickly in the dark without fumbling around. If you are looking for top-tier thermal performance and rugged reliability without sacrificing ease of use, this scope is worth every penny. With this price point I'm anxious to try more Goyojo products. ... show more

  • Very nice scope
Style: 256-25
Very nice scope. My only complaint would be there is no daylight mode. Sighting it in is a little hard, but you can figure it out. Glad I purchased it, and would recommend it to others.

  • Best bang for your buck.
Style: 256-25
Right out of the box, the first thing I noticed was how lightweight it is compared to many other thermal optics I’ve handled. It doesn’t feel cheap or fragile, but it’s light enough that carrying it for extended periods or mounting it on a rifle isn’t a burden. One of the biggest surprises was its daytime performance. I’ve used thermal optics before that were clearly designed with nighttime use in mind and became difficult to use during the day. The GRS225 was different. Even in full daylight, I was able to clearly locate and identify what I was looking at. The image remained detailed enough that I could confidently distinguish animals and other heat sources without issue. Most of my testing was done at night, and that’s where this optic really impressed me. One evening I spent roughly three hours observing a group of deer. I first spotted them several hundred yards away and was able to continuously watch them as they worked their way across the field and eventually approached my fence line at about 50 yards. Throughout the entire time, locating and tracking the animals was easy, and I never had trouble identifying what I was looking at. The different thermal color palettes were also useful during testing. Being able to switch between modes made it easier to pick out animals depending on the background and conditions. Battery life exceeded my expectations as well. During my testing, the battery lasted not only as long as GOYOJO advertised, but actually a little longer. When you’re spending long evenings in the field, that’s something you quickly learn to appreciate. The menu system is straightforward and easy to navigate. I was able to move through the settings, switch palettes, and make adjustments without spending much time learning the controls. Everything is laid out in a way that makes sense, which means less time digging through menus and more time actually using the optic. The photos included with this review show some of my experiences while testing the GRS225. The first image is a bird sitting in a tree approximately 250 yards away, taken around 9:30 in the morning. The second image shows a deer standing in my field at roughly 200 yards. I used that deer to test the different thermal palettes and compare how each mode displayed the same target. Overall, the GOYOJO GRS225 has proven to be a lightweight, easy-to-use thermal optic that performs well during both the day and night. Between the image quality, battery life, intuitive controls, and the ability to quickly locate and identify animals, it has been an enjoyable optic to use and one that I look forward to spending more time behind. ... show more

  • You'll love this thermal
Style: 256-25
I liked the GOYOJO GRS225 so much I ended up buying a second one. One just wasn’t enough! The clarity on these is seriously impressive. The image is crisp and clear, and everything is really straightforward to use. I didn’t have to spend a bunch of time messing with settings or trying to figure things out—it’s easy to operate and does exactly what I need it to do. For the price point, I honestly think it’s hard to beat. You get a lot of performance and quality without spending the kind of money some of the bigger-name options cost. After using my first one and seeing how well it performed, buying a second was an easy decision. Definitely happy with both of mine and would recommend the GRS225 to anyone looking for great clarity, simple functionality, and a really good value for the money. ... show more

  • Doesn’t work with high recoil

Won’t work on my 308 shutdown after every shot. Am going to try something with less recoil 243 or 556. It seems to work for what it is am really not impressed

  • The best entry into thermal you could make!
Style: 256-25
I don't usually leave reviews, but this one earned it. If you're trying to decide whether the GRS225 is worth it, this is the review I wish I had found before buying. The first thing that caught me off guard was the image quality. The 1440p display is incredibly sharp, and everything just looks clean and detailed. I honestly expected something decent for the price, but this performs like a thermal that costs two or three times more. What really surprised me is how easy it is to use. Within a few minutes I was comfortable navigating the menus and getting everything dialed in. The build quality feels solid, nothing cheap or flimsy about it. Whether you're buying your first thermal optic or you're an experienced user who doesn't want to spend several thousand dollars, I think the GRS225 hits a sweet spot. It gives you the performance you're looking for without the premium price tag. After using it, I'd buy it again without hesitation and wouldn't think twice about recommending it. ... show more

  • Good entry thermal.
Style: 256-25
The grs225 is a decent thermal scope at a more affordable price. The image is good. The setup is easy. I have this mounted onto a Howa Herra H7 in .308 win with heavy 22 inch barrel. Was seriously easy to zero. One shot to see where it his paper, one more to verify.
