It was a decent, basic air conditioner with no frills, that I needed for relief until the HVAC was fixed. I'll trust Aconee products in the future because of it. The instructions were lacking regarding the confusing knob controls. I thought at first there was no cooling. I added my own labels once I realized how to use that controls (as in photo).
