The media could not be loaded. Used these for a custom desk build with one side fixed height and the other a sit/stand. One of the strands didn't light up correctly when a color was selected. Basically, if I selected red, blue would light up. Only color that matched from remote was white. Since I had two, I switched out the control box and the strand worked as advertised. So bad control box. Luckily, I only wanted one anyways and was able to connect the two strands together. Got everything connected and secured to the back of the desk and it turned out great. Only 3 stars though since one of the boxes was bad. Pictures don't show it but both strands light up the same now. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I put the 16ft light strip on my 55" TV. They're pretty vibrant, I love all the colors. The warm color is more yellow incase you were expecting it to be a warmish tint. It's not, it's more lime green/lemon color. They used 3M double sided adhesive which I find always SUCKS :) and in this case it's doing the job but it's a little loose in areas which is pretty much what I was expecting, but the back of my tv is like a textured plastic. FYI it has a small sensor at the start of the lights which need to be facing towards the remote. The installation overall was really easy and really quick. I hardly read the instructions when figuring out how to set them up. The video shows the lighting settings in order "WHITE, FLASH, STROBE, FADE, SMOOTH." Quick and easy lights that are doing the job for me 8/10 recommend 👌🏻 ... show more

Updated 1/11/21: We purchased another string of these lights and mounted on the underside of our mantle box (2nd picture). The 6' string happened to be the exact length of the mantle (happy accident), so the lights wound up covering the entire thing. From our vantage point on the sofa and the height of the mantle, we can see the lights, as opposed to how we mounted the first string we purchased on the backside of our wooden headboard, where we can just see the illumination. I wasn't sure if I would like the fact that I could see the lights but as it turns out, they are very pleasing to the eye. Great adhesion to the wooden mantle. We are totally in love with these lights. Might have to figure out where else we can put them! Here is a snapshot of a few of the different colors. We adhered the 6' string of lights to the back of our headboard, for mood lighting. The adhesion is great on the backside of our wooden headboard. The plug that goes into the USB was a little touchy, in that we had to pull the end out of the USB brick slightly to keep the lights illuminated. If you plugged it all the way, they would go out. We contacted the seller, who addressed the problem right away for us. The string fit almost exactly to our king-sized headboard. The remote control is easy to use and has the colors in columns, so if you want a shade of blue, you push one of the button in the Blue column. These are great lights and go up easily. I originally got the battery version and the battery life was very short. The USB version is awesome and can leave them on as long as needed. went up easily and work great

The LED's work fine, remote and features are basic. There is no white LED, so to get white they just turn on R, G, and B LEDs all at once (kinda white, but not really). The reason for such a low rating is the LED are like 1/3 as bright as the other set I have (was only 3$ more for the better one). When comparing the strands the LEDs are spaced apart a lot more. Thus it gives off less light per square inch. The USB cord is also very short so plan to get an extension cord or the LED stands have to be within 3 feet of the plug. ... show more
