This push-up board and workout equipment is top tier. It features 4 different ways to do push-ups allowing you to focus on different muscle groups depending on which setting you use. The board itself is fairly sturdy and allows itself to be used as a grounding board to step on, attach bands, and get a complete workout in. I’m a fan of the design and was impressed that me being at my heaviest hasn’t seemed to be an issue - this board holds up! Included along with the initial push-up board was a pilates session for bar, which I LOVE. It’s perfect for doing squats and other elongating moves as well. I also love that it was super easy to put together and take apart when I was done. The latex resistance bands help take your workout to the next level as well as the training bands - talk about elevating your glute workouts! A lightweight backpack for the resistance bands and such is also included. Overall, this is a fantastic addition to my at home gym equipment and I’d definitely make the purchase again. I wasn’t expecting such an awesome workout experience for such a low price. I’m extremely pleased.

I hate going to the gym so I thought this would be great to start out my at home fitness journey. Everything feels nice, but I do wish it came with a few more bands to attach to the bar. The board is also a lot less sturdy than I imagined but still great for its purpose. Love that it comes with everything you need to get started.

This Push Up Board is solid. The quality is top tier. It comes with a lot of additional accessories that other boards do not. I am a personal trainer and I purchased this for in home training for some on my clients, it’s like having your own bench press. The handles switch places for different angles which makes it easy to hit your pectoralis minor and pectoralis major. I was sore for a couple of days after using this! The included bar and bands make us great to hit your lower back and legs as well. I will tell you. This would of been a life saver if I would of had it during COVID!

The bands are quite long for me. I’m 5foot even and I lost almost all resistance due to the bands being too long. Also when I did do overhead should press the resistance with all 4 bands felt more like 15lbs. I was careful to read the resistance weight prior to purchase it says up to 100lbs but honestly felt like 15lbs if that idk felt super super light. The bottom board feels super unsafe as it can break with heavy weight. I’m 119lbs felt ok for my but if I was doing 100lb squat on it and driving my “push” through my heels I do feel like I can snap that board. Also the board doesn’t allow for a wide foot stance, barley allows me for shoulder width apart so if someone had wider shoulders this would not allow shoulder width apart. The colors are adorable tho! Wish it was a different situation I was def excited for this but unfortunately I’ll be returning it.

This product blew me away. I was unsure of what to expect as most at home exercise equipment is unreliable and does not work as expected. This product is easy to use and can hit all muscle groups using all of the equipment included in the kit. In this covid world sometimes we do not want to go to the gym and this is the best alternative I have found thus far. If you were on the fence about buying this item, BUY IT!! It is worth every penny and your body will thank you for it.

If you plan on working out for only 2 weeks and then giving up on a fitness routine, this set is for you! Immediate first impression of the base out of the box is that it looks like I could've purchased it from Family Dollar. Although it does work for push ups, using the tension bands was a bad idea. Within a few weeks of use, the tension bands with handles snapped at the bottom where they connect at the carbiner clip. The rod is made of what I can only describe as 20 beer cans melted together. The connection points inside the rod are not enough to keep the rod from becoming misshapen with use. Don't even get me started on the pathetic excuse for the leg bands. I've had hair ties that maintained their elasticity and shape longer than these. Overall the set is made of cheap materials. It's easy to use, but just not sturdy at all. :(
