Easy to put up, but takes some time. You can control the brightness which is awesome, and have all kinds of patterns you can do. We almost fainted tho w strobe effect...be careful! Lol but for the price it is a real nice addition to my 20 yr old son's room.

    • Adhesive doesn't work very well

The light strip itself works great, they're super bright. The only problem I have is that the adhesive didn't stick very well to the wall. I did clean and dry the area before trying to put the lights up but not even an hour of the lights being up on the wall they started to fall down. I just taped them up to the wall because I don't really feel like trying to mess with them anymore. ... show more

Easy to apply. Look and work as expected. Very very short and direct remote range. Also easy to plug in backwards. Rotate plug if doesn’t work. The problems with these are universal and not worth docking points. Running wires and all make a professional install about impossible.

    • These were great for a year….. then died.

I’ve had these for over a year now. They have been great until recently. I originally gave them a solid five star review. They are easy to install and setup with the echo. I still really love them when they work. The lights themselves still work great but the wireless receiver started failing. It will disconnect and flash red and the device will become unavailable. The first time it happened I just reconnected it and it worked for a day or two. Now it disconnects multiple times a day. My next step is to reach out to the seller. I’ll update my review after I hear back. UPDATE: I heard back from the seller. They told me that a year of use is quite a long time and it’s not uncommon for these to have issues with longer use. I bought a new set and replaced the wireless receiver. I set it up as a new device. This process is very simple and only took a couple minutes. I thought I would get at least another year of use before my issues continued. They lasted about a week of using them 2-3 hours daily. Then the same issue. This leads me to believe the strip lights are burning out and causing the issue. I probably won’t buy these again. That being said, I absolutely got my money worth for the first set that I bought. ... show more
