The material is soft and not scratchy (slightly thick for hot weather, but it's fine); it depends on your arm, but in my case, it manages to cover almost the entire arm. I’m not giving it 5 stars because the fabric tears if you make a wrong move around the hands. 🤭

Number one, the sun sleeves came with an insert saying that if there are ANY problems or if I am not satisfied in any way to please contact them so that they can make it right. That type of customer service is the greatest thing a company can offer!! I got the sleeves to help protect from skin cancer because I am a magnet for skin cancer, AND I can not tolerate heat. I am hypersensitive to heat and sun sleeves somehow keep you cooler. A friend let me borrow some sun sleeves and I was shocked to notice that my arms were cooler than the rest of me. I am an extra small with skinny arms and these fit fine, I was worried that I would be too skinny. These sleeves do not have the plastic or rubber band at the top like some other brands so I think they might be comfortable on larger arms as well. Many people post complaints about some sun sleeves cutting off circulation and it does not seem like these will have that issue. There are two ways to wear these as they have thumb holes that you can use or not use. When I don't use the thumb hole they are baggy at the wrist, but not in an annoying way. If I remember after I actually use these in the sun I will update the review. For now, five stars for amazing customer service. OH! One more note, each pair came in an individual ziplock bag. This is wonderful attention to detail for a traveller like me. This way they can be packed clean and packed again waiting to be cleaned without contaminating a suitcase with the smell of sweaty clothes. Works well enough. Does roll down at the top and accentuates any rolls you might have. Cooling effect is good. After 15-20 mins in the sun, it does start to feel hot on your arms.
