Where do I even start? The build quality on this laptop is terrible, customer service is a joke, the battery life is non-existant, and the fans are extremely noisy. It seems to struggle with even basic tasks, let alone gaming, and crashes constantly right out of the box. I've had this laptop sitting on my desk unbothered since it arrived, but a couple of days ago the screen stopped working. I had to ship it back to Acer for repairs three months after purchasing for an issue I did not cause. Shipping which, by the way, they expect me to pay for. There are far better budget gaming laptops out there. Don't waste your money on this one. I got this for my wife to play Sims 4 and, one month in, it's been working out perfectly. I had a scare at first when I plugged it in and tried to turn it on but it did nothing and showed no sign it was charging. Wanted to use this as a mild gaming laptop and some light cad drawing/rendering Have only been using for a couple days and has crashed more than 15 times it’s borderline unusable Would not recommend, also only has one usb-c port and even with a 65 watt USB charger it will only last a couple hours before the battery dies Extremely loud and fluctuating fan drives everyone around you insane ... show more

Good value for the power that you are getting. Also for the size, this is light enough where you can travel around for work and game with this. I would like to point out I paid the black Friday price for it in NOV 2024. My last Acer brand laptop lasted me about seven years and still going. Mainly got a new one because of the upcoming Trump tariff. For the downsides, the built in speakers does not sound good. However I would say the display quality itself is fairly decent. It crashes at least twice a day while running Fortnite , entering ghost mode when the only option is force shutdown. It makes sounds of a helicopter too. What a nightmare !! Don’t get near it!!!
