This is the first Chromebook I've ever used so I don't have anything to compare it to besides a laptop, but it's great after figuring out all the tips and tricks on how to work it. It does everything I need it to do, which is researching webpages and writing in Docs. It being "refurbished" I was a little liery but I'm a cheap person so I sent with it. Only place I can tell it's used is scratches on bottom and small bump on corner. Makes me wonder if I could of went cheaper :⁠-⁠D The company that sold it shipped out quick, packaged it well and went the extra mile put a soft cloth sheet between the screen and keyboard. After a few days it runs fine it doesn't seem to over heat which I was worried about because my last cromebook did the battery life is great it stayed charged throughout the night while it was playing youtube it also charges fast. The only issue is there's a small purple dot on the screen which isn't noticeable when on a lower brightness settings plus It doesn't bother me ... show more

It's a really nice laptop, came with everything it's suppose to but it was dead when I got it. No biggie I let it charged then set it up. I'm using this for school so I don't need all the bells and whistles but this is perfect. I was afraid of buying a laptop on Amazon though not gonna lie. But 1 thing I hate is why do I need to download a app to use something like Word document? Like why is this not just a normal old school computer where you start it up and you have everything you need. Ugh. But nice computer, touch screen works, best bang for your buck! ... show more

The computer works great and looks brand new. I took off a star because it is missing the stylus and the description said that all accessories were included. I even checked the questions and confirmed that the stylus came with it before ordering. I took off another star for the customer service, which was a very frustrating experience. First, the rep didn’t know what a stylus was, so I had to find the online manual for the model and send him a link and tell him what page number it was on so that he knew what I was talking about. This was literally a 30 minute conversation just to explain what the missing part was, just to get the canned answer that I would have to set up a return and order again. I didn’t want to take that chance and get a lesser quality Chromebook. The computer itself, is fantastic. I needed two exactly the same for my sons (9 & 10) for school. Both were missing the stylus, but both were in great condition and perfect working order. Just know ahead of time that if you do need help, customer service is terrible and if it is a big deal to you, you will have to return the whole thing. worked for 20 minutes during the set up, then it completely failed. Keyboard won't work, touch screen won't work. I keep getting a message that I need to factory reset something, but the computer won't let me do anything.
