It is a very fast laptop with a lot of features for the price, the laptop is very lightweight and it seems like the HDD can be upgraded to an SSD. The exhaust to vent is on top between the screen hinge, the heat exchange system seems to have a lot of copper for better cooling. It has one USB-C port, one HDMI port and 3- USB. The only thing I don't like is the placement of the 0 key in the numeral pad, I ended up hitting the . Where the 0 should normally be. Overall is a great laptop. ... show more

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Great laptop but poor speakers. Also, I’ve tried to hook up external speakers with no luck. Disappointed on that aspect.

Awful. Continuously get a blue screen error causing it to restart. Began happening 5 days after return window closed so I’m left with an unusable laptop. I had an aspire 3 prior to this one that lasted 5 years and never had this problem. Complete trash. Do not waste your money, do not purchase

So far the laptop is as described, 1Gb hard drive and all. YET, it has two labels on the back, each carrying a different S/N and SNID. The phone number listed takes me to ACER India. The data from the first label are invalid on the ACER USA website. The data from the second label, when entered on the ACER India website, tell me that the warranty for the laptop expired on November 15, 2025. (The laptop was bought on November 13, 2025 and was not delivered when the warranty expired.) Amazon typically gives 30 days for returns. The merchant says "Return or replace items: Eligible through January 31, 2026". At the same time the Item Details section on Amazon stated "1 Year Warranty". I guess I just have to keep my fingers crossed that the laptop will not exhibit any problems since there were too many bad reviews regarding WOW PC and Oydisen Computer. Sounds like a backstreet shop that upgrades laptops thus nullifying their manufacturing warranty. ... show more
