I have an iMac with a Retina Display, but I needed a PC for other work tasks. I did a LOT of research before I purchased this unit, and am ABSOLUTELY satisfied. The only thing better on the Mac is the screen, and I knew this was only 1080p when I purchased it. That said, the screen is very nice. And, this Acer is fast, fast, fast. The build quality is equal to, and performance better than my Mac at half the price. Everyday use with Microsoft 365 it is great. Web browsing is blazing fast. I'm not a gamer so results there may be different. Also, haven't used the web cam yet - heard the resolution is not up to business standards. But that is not an issue for me.     • Great All-in-one computer. All in all, the included keyboard and mouse don’t work.
I’m very pleased with the Acer. I’ve been using HP Computers for years, but was familiar with Acer quality. After unsatisfactory support from HP, I returned their computer and purchased the Acer. The screen is very clear and sharp. The keyboard and mouse are satisfactory, but I replaced them with a Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse for better tactile feedback. I would purchase again. I have had no problems installing and getting my apps running on this computer. I run Office 365 and use Word and Excel daily. Well,I guess it was bound to happen. I was using a Logitech keyboard that stopped working. I tried to install the keyboard that came with it. They keyboard and mouse that came with the computer are dead. Disappointed and changing my rating. I ordered a new keyboard, but am stuck with a computer I can’t get into to get my files. ... show more

I would have given this a higher rating but for the camera quality. I sold my Dell computer which was about 4 years old and bought a new one cause I wanted an upgrade and a bigger screen and hoped to reclaim some space on my desk with this All in One. It doesn't disappoint in this area. The screen is very nice and it takes up MUCH LESS space than my Dell All in One. The functionality is adequate for what I use it for. The only drawback is the picture quality of the camera when I'm video conferencing. The first picture is taken with the computer's camera. The second clearer picture was taken with my old Dell computer. You can tell the quality. I've tried to adjust the settings but to no avail, the camera simply is not very good. If this is an important feature for you, then you will want to explore another model. Otherwise, for general computing this fits the bill. We didn’t order our Acer with a touch screen, so I can’t evaluate those. However, everything else about this Acer C 27 is awesome! It wakes up & loads Windows 10 Home in SECONDS, not minutes. The display is very clear and crisp with vibrant colors. The speakers are loud enough for my 71-year-old ears; in fact, when I’m on Zoom, I turn the volume down to around 30% and that is quite loud enough for me. There is only one change I would make in the design, and probably most of you will not agree with me, but I wish the ports for peripherals were on the front or side of the monitor, rather than in the back along the bottom. I don’t like having to turn the monitor around every time I need my headphones plugged in. Of course, the way it is, no snarl of cords is visible from the front! We love our Acer! UPDATE 1/4/22: Sorry, I forgot one very important confession which may help some other customers. I could not figure out why the wireless keyboard worked just fine with the included batteries, but the mouse didn’t. Inserted and removed the single AA battery at least three times before I realized it was SHRINK-WRAPPED! Removed the plastic wrapper, inserted battery, and of course it worked. DUH! I laughed ‘til I cried. Now the whole system works VERY well! ... show more

    • Wireless mouse and keyboard DO NOT WORK
Great desktop computer, but unfortunately the wireless mouse and keyboard are cheap and do not WORK upon arrival. I even used new batteries aside from the ones that came with them but only got a mild red light on the keyboard and no response at all from the mouse. Going to have to cut my losses and get a usb mouse and keyboard. I appreciate customer service but they only went through the most obvious motions of troubleshooting. Would of appreciated a partial discount since I did not want to return the product. The computer is great and serves the clean set up I'm going for but cheap mouse and keyboard ruined it. ... show more

This computer replaces my Mac 21inch all in one. I am very pleased with my decision. I previously bought an Acer 24 inch for wife and noticed hers was a lot more efficient at processing work on office and excel. Mine had lagging time because apparently it doesn't play well with software intended for Microsoft. Anyway it's quick from screen to screen, opening, great video quality. The only thing as usual is the speaker volume and sound. But easily solved with blue tooth. Oh I did not realize this one doesn't have a cd drive like the one I bought for my wife. My bad, but those aren't expensive.. just have to have it on desk as a weight. lol I would recommend this computer for sure, at any level. ... show more

Actually, I was thinking about all-in-one. Why? I am not a gamer. I need good, reliable machine with big screen and reasonable price. My Mom is not gamer at all. She just need to watch her favorite movies and shows. And she (me too!) did not like my old comp (very old tower!), which one was staying under deck. It was a problem for Mom to start it up, to shut it down. Not anymore! I like this computer and I recommend it! ... show more

    • Camera isn't great quality, but everything else is in great shape
I've had a hand me down Dell tower since 2013. It was my workhorse that I used for my business for years and two weeks ago, it finally broke down. It wasn't worth the repair so I needed a new PC. This ACER AIO is definitely something pretty slick and sweet. The screen is great in size, the quality of the resolution is sharp, and the performance of the system is pretty fast and smooth. The ONLY downside about this machine is the camera's resolution is not as clear. I don't need the camera anyway since I use my iMac, but I just needed to test it.
