    • Windows Setup is Buggy....BUT READ THIS
First off: the computer itself is awesome! I use it for CAD drafting and have been able to run my program + multiple webpage tabs + Bluebeam at the same time without any issues or lag. It is a 64-bit as advertised and is very quiet. I'm very pleased with its optimal performance, especially in handling such intensive tasks as drafting. NOW ABOUT THE SETUP BUG: The Windows 11 setup bug is NOT unique to this device (it's a Microsoft issue, not the computer's), but there is a solution to setting up (unfortunately, it's a bit of a tricky solution, but it works!). During the initial setup, there's a part where you can enter your pin. This is where the system seems to "freeze". This is not the case! What happened is that the pin-input window is somehow placed behind the main setup screen. The only way to type into it is by pressing ALT+TAB and TAB through the menu until the pin-input window is highlighted. Then, you can type in your pin (you still won't be able to see the window, unfortunately). In order to re-enter the pin, you have to press TAB on your keyboard to jump to the next input box, then type. Press ENTER to complete the pin input, and then it should move you onto the next screen without further issue. Again, this solution is a bit tricky, and it took me a couple of tries before I got it down. I DID NOT have to restart the system! There's YouTube videos out there that demonstrate the process as well; just search: "Windows 11 Stuck on Pin Setup", and you'll find a couple of videos out there. ALSO NOTE: the computer has only 1 HDMI input, so in order to take advantage of the triple monitor setup, you have to use the DP and USB-C (which is unfortunately an input in the front) ports. The DP port is extremely buggy, and I gave up after about three days of driver troubleshooting to figure out how to connect the second monitor. An HDMI to USB-C cable worked as a better alternate to the Display Port – no driver issues, just plug and go. ... show more

Purchased this machine at the beginning of the summer to have something to take some online classes with as well as have a backup computer. Runs great! Quiet, fast, and efficient. Happy with my purchase. Did contact support about the ability to upgrade storage space as I felt like I could use more hard drive space while trying not to rely on cloud storage. Quick response from support, however, the description is inaccurate. Listed in the description it states that "If you want more storage space, you can also add a 2.5" SSD (no included) to expand the memory upgrade storage to 2TB to suit your needs." and support indicated that there is no way to do this. You can swap the m.2 card for a 2TB drive instead. I've opted to not do this at this time and I'm using an external drive. I lowered the rating for gaming due to the AMD software consistently crashing and locking the computer. Removing the software and only using the driver has helped with playing games on the machine, but this is not my primary use so I can't really rate it any higher. ... show more

    • perfect replacement for an older "10+ year old PC replacement" *going to RMA Status?*
**Update** unit died Feb 15th 2024 was ordered Sept 4th 2023 (5 months) it shut down rebooted into BIOS and would not boot back to Windows I'm assuming it was the hard drive died I am trying to work with ACEMAGICIAN with this I left a voicemail 2 days after the unit died after I made a claim with them being the insurance on the system and was deferred to the company being it has a 3 year warranty. This happened Thursday and I am giving them the benefit of the doubt as of now I will keep updating this review till there is a resolution. I got his for my wife as a replacement for my hand me down pc... it replaced an 3370k with a gtx960 gaming setup. I added an external HDD case for the storage from my old pc and an external DVD burner for "as needed" use and this for my wife's browsing and light gaming "find the hidden object" type games it works perfectly and takes about 1/10th the space as my old gaming hand me down to her with a win 11 OS. ... show more

    • Stopped detecting it's hard drive!
I bought this PC around September 2023, and after just 3 months, it wouldn't boot up. I soon discovered that it stopped reading the internal SSD that the OS was installed on, so I had no way of booting it up. The tech support for this product is horrendous, basically telling you that you have to get a new hard drive. Why bother getting this when you can get a name brand laptop or cheaper desktop with good support? and for gaming, dont bother. It could barely run minecraft or any game made within the last 10 years. ... show more

Had a hard time just installing updates. Would take 10 to 15 min to restart. But then would freeze up in the middle of installing the updates. .WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I was curious to try a small PC and see how well works with retro games emulation and other things like watching videos things like that and I found that works great I personally upgraded memory ram the WI Fi Bluetooth m.2 card and upgrade the storage and is an amazing PC I tried some Xbox series x from the game pass some play really good but some not to good obvious because different Cpus a graphic card but overall is good and for the price can't complain ... show more

I'm actually impressed by how fast this is. Didn't really have any issues with setup, except my printer which is older. I wish it had a couple more usb ports, or a sata port but at this size there's just no room. I may update this after it gets a couple months worth of use. I don't game.

Cannot believe how small and light the unit actually is. Had problems with initial setup as it would not go any further without Microsoft Windows personal pin setup. Technical support was excellent and got me thru it.
