You can clip this light on top of your laptop and monitor, and you will be assured of even, flattering light during your conference calls or when filming a spot for social media. Once charged by USB, you can also take the light anywhere and it will last for 2 hours on batteries. The mount allows the light to be rotated and angled up/down to make sure you can illuminate the area or objects that you require. The color of the light can be adjusted from warm to daylight -- there are five levels in all -- with the light push of a button on top. I didn't know how much I needed this streaming light until now. It lights up the subject (like me!) or an object evenly and eliminates harsh shadows. What's to like? Very portable, easily adjustable and great quality. My heart skipped a beat when I read on the product page that the light can also be used for photography! There's a picture of a woman holding a Canon DSLR with this streaming light on it so I thought how good it was that I could even use it in a pinch on my cameras -- until I realized I need my own hot shoe adapters of course. As for the mounting clip, I don't intend to use it on any of my devices because I don't want that pinching force on any of them. This gadget is a must-have. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I think this lamp is really useful. You can carry it quickly, and the brightness of the light is enough to record a good-quality portrait video. I love you can change the light color tones. The stand, I feel, could be designed in a better way. My Samsung galaxy s22 plus almost fell because it is too heavy, and the little base on the holder is not strong enough to support it. I managed to tighten a little more the screws on the entire stand, and it works better. Even those little points are a good tool for videos; having a rechargeable light is also a plus. Also, I almost forgot to mention that has another option to mount the lamp, which is a clip that gives you more ways to hold the light. If only it were the light, I would give it five stars, but because of the stand, I am reducing it to four. ... show more

    • Works perfectly as a key light
The product comes with 2 mounting options. One of them is a kick stand/lean-off and the other is a flat clip-on. Both are of surprisingly quality and I actually ended up using the clip-on stand to attach my web cam to a display. The light uses the other stand and sits right next to the camera as a perfect key light setup. The light provided doesn't blast eye-searing amounts of light but plenty as a key light for a web cam at reasonable ranges. I ended up using it primarily at the middle-ish range. Getting the light set up and dialed in takes a minute or two; Powering on the light requires the button be held for 3 some seconds which I find somewhat odd. Then you gotta click through the settings as it slowly animates between the adjacent settings. Fortunately this isn't all that important since we're not trying to NASCAR pit-stop the lighting rigs. I like this unit & it’s not big & bulky like most I’ve seen in use. This one you can just take with when you go mobile. And with its enclosed battery, you’re good to go when out of your home setting. The controls are intuitive, a long press to turn it on or off. Side buttons to turn intensity up or down. Short press the main button to change color temperature. There are only two things, maybe three I’d change… (1) There is no mention of how you determine a full charge in the instructions. I’m going to take a guess that when all the red lights fill up under the power port that means it is full; but neither those red lights or how you determine when fully charged is covered in the instructions. (2) I would include a power cube, this unit, list priced at $27.99 when I ordered — come on, it should have been included for that price. (3) The power cord (power cube if you get & take one with you), & the extra accessory clip — there is no where to put these. I ended up taking them & rubber banding them around the base when I store this streaming light or take it with me going mobile. Again, for the $27.99 price, this should have been addressed & provided. ... show more

    • Not too bright, but a nice soft glow.
At first I thought this was going to be too bright, but I was pleasantly surprised when I found that not only was it soft, it was also adjustable. I don't live stream, but I was able to use it with a Teams video conference at night and it came off perfectly. I can see this being a huge benefit for live streamers, and it's chargeable, so very portable as well. Thumbs up! ... show more

    • Convenient little battery powered light
With 2 different mounting brackets, and the ability to mount it directly to a tripod, this little rechargeable light is a mini-workhorse. I received it and charged it up just before experiencing a 6 hr power faiiure due to a winter storm - it provided a nice constant light for me the entire time until my power was restored. The color is a decent slightly warm white and this might "color" some camera responses, but overall it is well balanced for most uses where a professional lighting system isn't needed yet. ... show more
