Kind of upsetting as this was one of the main reasons I chose this unit.     • Best room cooling AC!
I needed a personal AC for my rather large 2nd floor bedroom. I love in an older home and my room is farthest from the central air unit, so gets very little cooling from the main ac of our house. I've tried 2 other AC units, but it never really gets it cool enough (I need it COLD to sleep (night hot flashes). This one wins!!!! My only critic is that it does have a wifi option on the front panel, but my instructions don't say anything about how to set it up. ... show more

Fan is loud unless it's on eco mode, which I would recommend if your using it while sleeping. Works well and cycles automatically which is great for the longevity of the unit. Remote works well and the ac works just as well.

Needed a little more cooling in our bedroom and this does the job. It’s small and fairly quiet. Size was not exactly accurate. It is 16 inches wide. Almost made it a deal breaker for the window it was to go in, but we made it work

    • Blows WARM AIR into apartment - even on cool setting. So disappointed.
I’m genuinely confused on why these reviews are so good. I’ve had quite a few AC units in my past and was super excited about this one, however it is absolutely HORRIBLE. Blows WARM AIR even on the cool setting. I think it genuinely makes my apartment even more hot. I must’ve gotten a defective one or something. Unfortunately, I did not put the AC unit in right away, so I missed the return window. I have never been so disappointed with a product in my life. To be hot in your living space is so unfortunate. Great air conditioner, small, lightweight gets the job done. Cools very quickly. Set up to Alexa was easy and works as expected. Only slight negative, but not an issue is how loud it was compared to my last air conditioner. Overall I'm happy and recomend it

Not cold ,as the old models and it says 6000btu, due to the new freon. But it's cool and the fan works, but I'm not happy.
