Wife and I worked on assembling the Bunk Bed and after 4 straight hours we still had not been able to physically secure the first three parts shown on the assembly instructions! Due to the fact that we could not even complete the initial assembly of the first two parts, we questioned the sturdiness of the product and whether our granddaughter would be safe to sleep on this Bunk Bed. After making another lengthy attempt to secure the first two parts together we elected to return the Bunk Bed since we discovered better product options available to us locally, with delivery, with assistance in assembly and with appropriate mattresses. After doing a lot of shopping around for bunk beds, I eventually went with this. I have two boys and they love it. It is very sturdy and looks great. My only issue was assembling it. My husband and I did it, but it took the entire day. The screws were not labeled correctly, which led to issues the further along we got putting it together. I would recommend using a drill and not the alan wrench. Overall for the price its good quality. ... show more
