Awesome product by AceGamer! I rarely leave 5-star reviews, but you guys earned it! These two controllers not only function well, but they’re easy to connect, and the grips are awesome! My wife and I could not justify spending $80 on the “Switch Pro” controller, so we opted for this route. It’s an added bonus that the LED lights on the front of the controllers not only symbolize which player is 1/2/3/4, but additionally indicate whether the battery is charging (all 4 flash when charging; flashing stops when fully charged). There’s no lagging or random disconnect during gameplay, and movements are precise. Thank you guys for crafting an affordable option for everyday people like us who work hard for our money!

Forget those confusing official instructions—they're pretty much worthless for this. Here's a straightforward way to get your controller hooked up to the original Nintendo Switch. I'll walk you through it step by step. 1. **Enable Wired Communication on the Switch**: Head into the System Settings menu (it's the gear icon on the home screen). Scroll down to "Controllers and Sensors," and toggle on "Pro Controller Wired Communication." This lets the Switch recognize wired controllers properly. 2. **Hook Up the Cable**: Grab a USB cable and plug one end into the back of your Nintendo Switch TV dock (the USB port there). Connect the other end directly to your controller. Make sure everything's snug—no loose connections. 3. **Prep the Controller Pairing**: From the Switch's home screen, go to the "Controllers" option (it's at the bottom). Then select "Change Grip/Order." If your Switch isn't already docked, go ahead and dock it now—this helps with the connection process. 4. **Activate Pairing Mode on the Controller**: Press and hold the "H" button on the controller (it's usually the home button). I got the Black/White 2 controller combo. At the time of this review it was about $25 for both. Design 4.5/5. They look clean with a very classic layout. Construction 3/5. They don't feel super cheap but they are a bit light. I don't feel confident that they'd survive more than one or two hard falls. Button Feel 3.5/5 The buttons are fine but are a little mushy. With the Z triggers being the worst. But nothing unusable and I stopped noticing it after a few minutes. Button/Stick Responsiveness 5/5 No lag or drift and the IR/wireless pointer function works well. Ease of Use 5/5 They were extremely easy to connect and we've had no issues with them disconnecting. Value 100/5! Seriously for $12.50 a piece these are so much better than I was expecting!

These controllers worked perfectly and were very easy to pair. All you have to do is turn on your switch go to settings click change grip order and then on the acegamer controller press the home button for 3 seconds and it connects immediately. They feel very nice in the hand as well. I might knock down a half star because it doesn't seem to wake my switch 2 like it claims to but that's really my only complaint. Definitely worth the money since you get 2 for about half the price of other controllers.

Really good quality for the price. They feel much more solid than other cheaper controllers. The vibration is significant, but because the controller is weighty, it does not feel annoying. We use them for the Switch. You don't connect via the two bumpers but use the home button in the middle of the controller. Is there a lag? It's very slight. For pros playing games like Super Smash Bros., you will likely notice it. But for playing against family and friends, to be honest, the effect is hardly noticeable. Overall, a great buy.

Works as it should. The turbo mode is clutch. It is registered as switch controller on pc, you can use xinput to turn it into Xbox controller if the game doesn't support switch input.
