    • Worst product ever. Feels like a scam.
This product does not work at all. Not even very small soft pieces of wood. Binds up in the first 1/8 inch and become stuck/embedded. I used high quality impact driver. So faulty it left feeling of being scammed. Rev. John Kennedy

    • It is not as easy to use as it looks
This device does not go through wood as easily as it appears in the various videos. It will often jam in the wood, and either get stuck and freeze your drill, or twist the drill out of your hand. Further, you cannot reverse the drill to unstick it, as that will unscrew the head from the shaft. Overall, you are probably better off using a hatchet to split the smaller wood, as this tool will be more likely to damage your drill, or injure you. ... show more

Does not work as it is supposed to. I bought for my son in law who was hurt in a logging accident with a broken back, so he could split his own firewood...he says it's hard to use and doesn't really work like it's said to . It has broken his drill, it unattaches itself due to the spinning. Just a waste of my money. ... show more

Was hesitant to buy this after reading negative reviews on a similar product. Took a chance anyway as it isn't very expensive. Just received it, loaded it into my drill (just a cordless DeWalt), grabbed a hunk of firewood (lodgepole pine) and went to town. In seconds I had it split into five small pieces - no hatchet, no need to go outside, no whacking involved, no missing and getting your fingers. Maybe it would be less effective for super hard woods, but boy, for pine, it worked wonders! ... show more

    • Very disappointed
Does not work as described even when following all instructions. Caused one drill to start smoking. Did not break up would. Very disappointed. I was really hoping the bad reviews were from people using it wrong but it truly is not a good product and a waste of money.

    • Works good with strong drill
Did what it is suppose to do. I use both bits with two drills. Drill one it and go down log and drill second one in. Remove first one and go down past second drill and drill again. Yup I'm splitting logs that are four to five feet long for going in a wood chipper.

    • It doesn’t work well
I dislike this product cause it didn’t split my wood like it showed. It would drill into the wood just a 1/3 inch and be stuck.
