I have bought these AC Delco batteries several times in the past so my review isn't based just on this purchase. These AC Delco batteries work well, comparable to Duracell or Energizer but cost significantly less. Almost any of these batteries you buy, even the inexpensive ones, will work well if you use them up, like in a remote control car or something that you will use them fairly quickly. The real test of a battery like this is when you don't use them. Like in Christmas decorations that get used, then get stored for a year. Then you go to use them the next year and they don't work and you open the case and there is corrosion and battery acid. That's the difference in a good battery and the cheap ones. These AC Delco batteries are good, do not corrode if not used just like thier more expensive counterparts. Thanks for reading :) ... show more

I'm the mom that always has the batteries for everyone that has their own houses that have moved out. I can't tell you how many times my kids come over grab my big battery box dig in and grab a handful of batteries rather than go to the store. These batteries are Lifesavers. They don't cost a fortune like the other name brand batteries and they last just this long. If you're that parent that always has the batteries for everyone in the neighborhood you need to buy these! This is my 2nd time ordering the 100AA/100AAA package of ACDelco branded batteries, made by Powermax. I was pretty satisfied with the performance from my 1st purchase. They last a decent amount of time. Although at times it seemed like certain fresh swaps didn't last as long as previous. So perhaps you have a couple that just aren't as strong as the rest. Overall though, it's hard to beat the price for how well they do. I noticed my 1st order batch was made in Vietnam. Which I'm OK with. Most Asian countries that aren't China have higher production standards & usually result in better products. When deciding to get my 2nd order, I looked at some other brands, such as Voniko or Allmax. But after reading the reviews, & comparing the review percentages, the Powermax ACDelco batteries were rated better. I coupled that with being made in Vietnam, versus made in China for all the other brands. Well, I just received my 2nd package today, & am disappointed to see that Powermax is now having them made in China as well. Don't know if this is a permanent thing or they have production in both countries, but it's probably the former. I'd rather have Vietnam production, just me. The freshness is good though, 08/2034, so they were just made. My 1st purchase was also very fresh as well at the time of purchase. So I will just continue to monitor how well these do going forward & decide if I will stick with them when needed again or try another China made bulk battery package. ... show more
